About: I grew up with beloved household pets, and house sitting and dog walking jobs throughout my schooling. I have done this for cats and dogs alike of all kinds. I'm excited to continue the journey now through this platform and I hope I can be of help to many more in need. As a teacher, I have summers off. There is more time for house and pet sitting during my summers. The rest of the year I would work around my school calendar. About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

About: I have experience caring for lots of animals like cats and dogs. I had to help raise our kittens after their mom died when they were two weeks old. I have basic experience with animal care, special diets and medication, and showing them love and attention! I work part time several days a week during the day. Typically 6 hour days when I’m pet sitting. Depending on location, might be able to work something out if your pets can’t be home alone that long. I tend to spend time with the animals where I can be around them, such as being in the living room if they’re inside animals or checking on them often if they’re outdoors. Try to follow whatever schedule the animal needs to the best of my ability (such as feeding times or walks).

About: Not only do I have 10 years of experience of pet sitting, I have experience working with shelter dogs. I’ve been with Placer SPCA as a volunteer for many years. I work with fearful, excitable, shy and even reactive dogs on a weekly basis. I make sure to give them the best care I can provide. About: I have cared for and loved animals since I was a little girl. I was raised in a house with dogs of all types and have continued to have them in my life. I have two rescues, a 6-lb sweet female chihuahua and a 30-lb shy male terrier mix, that love to be around other dogs but who also are submissive to and respect other dogs’ needs for their own space. Having been a zookeeper and vet tech, I have worked on training various critters, as well as cared for elderly animals that need special attention or medications. I work from home with my husband full time and we are always ready for fur baby snuggles on our couch and bed. We also live near a canal and trails, so dog walks are very frequent in our home. Because we live farther away, we are also willing to come do pickups to keep you from having to drive to us, but we understand completely wanting to see where your pups are staying. I work from home nearly full time except Tuesdays, but my husband is home full time everyday. I am an early riser and can do early walks/pickup/potty breaks. As we are working on house projects due to this being a new and first home purchase, we are gone a ton on the weekends too. If I am staying at your home, I can arrange to be there constantly because my husband is home to care for my pups. I don’t have a fenced yard, but live very close to a dog park that is fenced. I also have a canal trail right off my driveway and we walk our two dogs on it all the time. My two babies are extremely sweet and friendly with other dogs. I am an extremely tidy and organized person, so whether your pup stays with me or I come to your home, I can guarantee I will always leave things as good or better than I found them. Also, if you have any last-minute travel issues, I can almost always adapt to host longer to make sure you don’t have to stress about what will happen to your pup.

About: After having a senior dog who couldn't be by himself for even 10 minutes, I understand how hard it can be when you can't make any plans, or take a vacation, because you are worried about your dog. I just want to help people who are in the same situation I was.. I am available nights, and weekends and holidays. Basically, all those times it is most difficult to find anyone to petsit-I can be there. For one afternoon or two weeks, whatever you need.. I am just trying to help pet parents out. I have always been the person who family, friends and neighbors call when they need someone to watch their pets. I just started doing this professionally, but already have glowing recommendations from everyone I have worked for. I understand how important it is for your pet to be comfortable and have found the best way to do this, is to come prior to the petsitting job to do a meet and greet with your pet so they know me, when I show up to watch them.
