“I can't thank Kat enough!! I had a unique situation, my cat that has diabetes and needs a shot every 12 hours. I have my mom to watch my animals but my little diabetic cat is a pill when I'm not the one giving her her shot, and it was getting more difficult for my mom to do it by herself. I’ll be walking, feeding, playing with and making your animal feel reassured. Available to take pups on hikes as well if they are well behaved! About: I have been a volunteer trainer with the Sierra At Tahoe Avalanche Dogs since I was about 10. My father runs the dog program so I grew up being taught how to train, take care of, and watch over dogs since I was a toddler. At the ski mountain I helped drill the dogs to find subjects in the snow, played, walked, fed, took to the bathroom, and watched over the dogs ages ranging from puppies to senior dogs. My family also has three dogs and three cats all of I have assisted in training, and most of the time look after on my own. I recently left my job so I am open full time with my schedule to take part in pet care. On some days I do need to watch my own animals since my parents work full time, but even then I am always available for even just a check in if needed! I make sure my pets have a set in feeding time as well as they have a signal for bathroom breaks, even if they do not show me they need to go I will periodically let them outside or take them on a walk. Besides just food and bathroom I love to work on skills, tricks, and just playing with the dogs throughout the day as to make sure they are enriched and happy. These qualities go for all animals I may watch too! I pride myself in being able to recognize their behavior so I can adapt for them what they need or want!

About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

About: I have been in the pet food industry for three years, I used to leash train puppies, and I have been dog sitting/cat watching for three years as well. I have full availability on the weekends and have some flexibility during the week, specifically weeknights Monday through Thursday. I love doing check ins, walks, and housesitting. I respect peoples things, and appreciate when there are written instructions. I don’t do boarding because I have a Cat that does not do well in stressful environments. However, I am fine doing multiple check-in as long as it works for you and your pet.

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. I've learned a lot about dogs from great people like ceaser milon and the dog father, and many great people I've met along the way on my travels in the military. Your dogs will be well taken care of under my care. I have decided to do this as a full time gig. I want to be my own boss and work better with animals then I do people lol. I have delt with dogs of every age from my grandparents older German Shepard of 14 years old to my dog Mr. Buddy as a young 12 week old pup. I can assure that I will adhere to any safety practices that you want for your fur baby. I also have my 4 year old Aussie, Mr. Buddy, that does great with other dogs and socializing them. I've seen him help mentally troubled dogs many times. Off course I will not bring him if the client doesn't want him there. But once again I care assure that any dog will be safe under my care.

About: I am a compassionate life long animal lover. I’ve worked in animal hospitals with large boarding facilities, as the lead kennel technician, as well as being a veterinary assistant. I spent my days playing with and caring for other people's animals. I am able to give medications and tend to special needs animals. Though I left my hospital job when I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic, I've chosen to continue to work with animals because it is something that comes naturally to me & I feel that it's important to love what you do. I look forward to meeting new furry friends! I now have a fairly open schedule so I am mostly free to work with new clients to meet their pets needs and keep a consistent routine 💜 I am happy to hang out and get cozy with animals that aren’t up to outside playtime, and I love being outside with those that do have more energy! My parents currently have a puppy and I visit daily to have play time and help wear him out a bit (bc it’s so fun!).

About: I’ve always owned dogs and cats and I’ve always been an animal lover. My mom asked me what I want to be when I grow up and I said that I want to play the piano for puppies. I can’t play an instrument for the life of me, but I applied myself and went to school to become a Veterinary Assistant. And yes; I bathe my cat before applying flea meditation. Need a weekend getaway or a date night. I’m available on the week days. I am looking for a second job and with my experience this seems like a perfect fit for me. About: I love big dogs... I had a beautiful English Lab when my children were very young. Two of my daughters have and had the dogs you see in the pictures. I loved helping with them ❤️ so much and....miss them... I would love to give time and love to any big and awesome dogs 🐕 that are close by! And sibling Dogs! And, Cats... I have free time currently! I would be happy to talk and meet to help with your awesome family member(s) Safety and excercise are a priority. Taking the little dog I currently live with out 3 times a day. Giving positive attention. Making sure she has food and water and a few healthy treats.
