At drop off, Ella and he were fast friends and he really took the time to get to know Ella and help make her feel welcome and comfortable. She’s not the easiest dog, she’s still working on a lot and has a ton of energy and he handled her impeccably. He mentioned he has experience with rescue dogs and that really shown through in his demeanor and connection with her. She felt safe and was her playful happy self when I picked her up. He was nice and organized and had her things in order and ready when I got there. He had given her a nice walk and some water right before knowing she had a decent car ride home. I was just so impressed. Will definitely be back. Cannot recommend Nathan enough!”
