About: I’ve never not had a pet in my house hold, owning cats, dogs, and even lizards and hamsters over the years. Growing up I also pet sat for birds, snakes, dogs, cats, and fish. My own personal dog is a senior lad at the age of 14 years and have a kitten at home. Ive worked with puppies, adult dogs, and senior pups, kitten and full grown cats. I love to spend time playing and petting them (if thats what they want) and will do my best to love them a fraction of what you do to keep them happy while you’re away! I work in Portland until 4pm every week day and get back to the area around 5. I would be free to care for your pets from around 5:30pm-6:20am. I can feed, walk, brush, pet, and/or play with any of the animals you may have tailoring to whatever best suits their needs, I am an animal lover and want to best support the critters in any way I can in your absence.

About: Iv been raising newborn kittens and fish my entire life. I grew up with big dogs too! Past co-workers would often say I have a funny personality and a calm demeanor. My attention to detail is my strongest skill. I have done volunteer work for camp sunshine, the animal refugees, and we run a youth group called Gaming for Christ. About: I’m attending a Vet Tech program and going on to Veterinary school. I have volunteered at ARLGP for over a year. I’m very passionate about animals health! I also obtained my Fear free training so I can better understand animal behavior and work with them. I own three cats and a dog! Maine coons need to be brushed frequently because of their long hair and cleaning litter boxes, dog walks and more! Animals are apart of a family, they have needs and wants as well. They can communicate to you through their body movements and actions. I make sure they are heard and get the care that will help them be healthy and happy!

About: I have always had at least one pet in my household—the more the merrier! I have owned cats since childhood and currently have 4. Though I don’t currently have a dog, I love my friends’ and neighbors dogs as if they were my own and constantly drop by the visit and walk them. I am experienced with kittens and puppies as well as older pets. I currently work from home with very flexible hours, so I can usually come by with short notice! If you’d like me to stick around all day, I can bring my laptop and work from your home so that I can provide constant company for your pet. I have very few meetings during the day so I can provide lots of cuddles, walks, play, and attention all day long. I am well attuned to cat and dog body language and know when to provide space, take things slow to gain trust, and when pets are ready to play. I always make sure to keep dogs on leashes when they are outside, and as an owner of two escape artist cats I know to always make sure the doors are closed behind me! I know that pet owners know their pets best, so I will always listen to your experience and input regarding how to best care for your pet.

About: Grew up with animals including lizards, cats, dogs, birds and horses. Volunteered in animal shelters doing all care of cats and dogs! I love all animals. I currently work for an Equestrian Center where I help care for over 30 horses. I have two part time jobs, but I only work in the evenings and am available for the rest of the day! I’ll do my best to work around any schedule I have five cats currently who are the most spoiled animals, they get lick mats, vitamins, and all sorts of other fun enrichment. They are also some of the kindest cat you will ever meet! I would extend this love for my cats to your animal offering homemade or organic treats (if allowed!) I also have a dog and several reptiles who are beyond loved!

About: I’ve worked at 2 doggy daycares in the last few years where we did boarding. I’ve also worked in a cat boarding facility and have worked at pet stores for about 5-6 years. I was trusted with cleaning up after and giving medications to pets that needed it. I’m currently working part time in Freeport so I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your pets and spend time with them and take them on walks depending on weather. I live in a wooded area with access to tie outs so your pets and I could sit outside on good days and play. I have an extra room in the house where I can easily board your pet but would require you to bring a crate if they’re crate trained depending on the size of the pet. I do have two crates available that I could use if you’re unable to bring their crate. I have 2 cats in the household along with my fiance so they would have to be cat and man friendly.

About: Ever since the family cat had kittens when I was four years old, I have been drawn to the care of animals. Honoring the lives of pets as our friends has been a source of inspiration and therapy for myself personally. As a working artist, taking the time to care for animals has been such a privilege and the perfect change of pace while I continue to work on creative projects. I have a German Shepherd that I keep separated from the work I do with other animals. I am located at a small farmhouse in Augusta that has a huge yard with two a-joining fields. There is more than enough room to explore the surround with your pet. I am also an avid walker so exercise is big for me generally.

About: I started a career in dog care in 2010. I have extensive experience with all dog breeds in boarding, day care, training, grooming and vet tech. I then began rescuing Pugs and have my 5th one currently. I love all animals and look forward to caring for yours! I have a flexible schedule. Let's see what works for both of us. I'm available as often as needed and I have reliable transportation available I have a dog park across the street but also plenty of regular walking trails if your pet isn't social. My dog is very friendly and always happy to make a new friend
