Pros: Stephanie was pleasant to work with and took care of Ollie and Wilson for four nights, and sent us pictures of the dogs during our trip. The dogs were fine when we returned. Cons: Communication with Stephanie was somewhat inconsistent, particularly around her arrival. We had to reach out to find out when she would be getting to the house.
Stephanie did a great job with our dog. He is shy and nervous around new people. She let our dog go at his own pace. She was really communicative which helped relieve some of my anxiety. We had a great night away thanks to Stephanie!
Once again, we are grateful to have found Stephanie! She is totally reliable, and it is clear that our two dogs trust her, they are so relaxed when we return home. The next time we plan a getaway, we will definitely reach out to Stephanie. Thank you! M
This was our first experience with Rover and we are so happy and relieved to have met Stephanie! She took wonderful care of our two (large) dogs.
