About: I’ve walked and cared for dogs and cats my whole life, including up to five at one time! I’ve also fostered over the years, with big and small dogs part of my past clients. Moved to Augusta earlier in 2023. I have a hybrid M-F work schedule, so weekends are generally best, but I can often make weekdays work. My neighborhood is not far from a dog park as well. I am in a 2-bedroom apartment that has a decent-sized grassy area outside in front. A few other dogs are in the apartment building. We’ve got an empty guest room if dogs and cats want more space to play and nap. Otherwise, I generally keep the bedroom and living room open.

About: I’ve had animals in my life since I can remember; whether it be the family dog when I was younger, to taking in a stray cat to foster until I could find him a good home. As of a year ago, I’m a parent to two amazing fur babies and also animal sit for my coworkers. Outside of personal pets, I’ve worked at a dog daycare where I was able to gain a certificate in dog body language. Right now my availability is very open as I’m currently working towards being able to do this full time. The main days I’d like to focus on are Monday through Friday. Caring for any pet in a comfortable safe environment is always my main concern, especially when I’m at the pet’s home. Being interactive with the pet’s toys as well as giving them treats to help with bonding is a must in establishing that safe environment.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals in my household since I was old enough to ask my parents for a pet. I’ve had small dogs, big dogs, birds, and anything in between. I love animals of any kind and I’ll treat your animal like they’re a part of my own family. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have most of the days to be at home taking care of the animals and giving them the time and attention they deserve. When I watch your pets I do my best to keep their routine as close as possible so it doesn’t even feel like you’re away from home! You can look forward to picture updates throughout the stay and lots of love and attention for your pets!

“I am so grateful I found her! My new work schedule was so hectic and I was exhausted when I returned home. Long walks with my Yorkie (9) and Yorkie-Palm (1) turned to us just standing in the front yard. I knew it wasn't enough. I knew I needed help, my dogs deserved more. That's when I reached out for help and came across Sky in her eye profile. I was nervous at first because I am really protective of my Yorkies. She arrived on time and communicated with me the whole time she is with my pets, which was very important to me. They absolutely adore her! She is loving and patient with my older Yorkie, but also fun and energetic with my pup. I'm also grateful that I can trust her to watch my pets when I have to go out of town. My dogs are not neutered so they don't have many options when it comes to pet hotels. You can tell she has a lot of knowledge about caring for dogs, but what I love is her friendly attitude and the passion she has for what she does. Thanks to her my dogs are well taken care of when I am away and also get the right amount of exercise on the days I don't have the energy to give them the walk they deserve. Again I am so grateful for such a reliable doggy caregiver, I think she is the best and I'm sure your dogs will think so too!”
