About: Hi there! My name is Haylie and I’m a nursing student at UTMB. I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud owner of nine amazing pups of all different breeds and sizes. Taking care of them every day has given me tons of experience with all kinds of personalities, routines, and special needs. I truly love spending time with animals and making sure they feel happy, loved, and well cared for. Since I was unable to bring my dogs to school with me, I’d love to help take care of others! Whether it’s playtime, walks, or snuggles, I’ll treat your pets like part of my own family! About: I grew up caring for my own cats and dogs and have also enjoyed being entrusted to care for the fur babies of others when they’re unable to. This has included general companionship, playtime, walks, feeding, and administering oral medications. I have experience with breeds of all sizes and ages, but do especially well with smaller breeds. Currently, I’m earning certifications in animal care, health, behavior, and wellness (including CPR and treatment of minor injuries) to be able to provide the best care possible! A work-from-home schedule affords me the flexibility to attend to your pet care needs. You can contact me in advance to inquire about availability and schedule services. A free 15-minute meet & greet is required for first-time clients. I prefer to care for pets in the client’s home; however, if a visit to my home is necessary for periods of time longer than an hour, it is recommended that the client provide materials like food, leash, toys, pet bed, and a carrier/crate, if used.

About: I have grown up in a family of six dogs! I know how to properly deal with different personality’s, and will give the proper love and guidance your dog needs on their fun walks. Pet care fits really naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I plan my schedule around making sure pets get consistent care, including regular walks, feeding times, and plenty of playtime (especially fetch!). I’m used to building my day around their needs, whether that’s early morning walks, midday check-ins, or evening routines. I also make sure I’m available to give them attention, exercise, and companionship throughout the day, so they feel comfortable and cared for the entire time. When I care for pets through walking, I focus on making sure they get safe, enjoyable, and active time outside. I follow their usual walking routine, including preferred routes, pace, and any specific instructions from the owner. During walks, I pay close attention to their behavior, keep them hydrated, and make sure they’re comfortable the entire time. I also give them plenty of positive interaction, whether that’s letting them explore, play a little, or just enjoy being outside. My goal is to make each walk fun, safe, and something they look forward to!

About: I have 2 senior dogs and 2 young cats at home. I know from personal experience every animal has their own needs, differences, and personalities. Your animal will be taken care of as not just a pet, but a friend! They deserve as much love as they would get if you were there! I am free mostly on weekends as weekdays I am a full time student at Texas A&M University at Galveston. But the earlier you message me the more I am able to move my schedule around. I live on a safe and pet friendly campus. I am an active person so walks, runs, and playing are all on the table! Indoor activities for shy pets are also great as I have plenty of homework!

About: I grew up with a family dog named Cookie and I have always been around pets my whole life and have watched over friends and family’s pets, and neighbors! Currently I do not have any pets. My schedule is flexible. I am a student at UTMB. My weekday schedule is primarily at school & weekends off but am available most days of the week! I enjoy playing with pets and cuddling up with them on my couch. I live in a gated community with a dog park nearby to walk your pets around!

About: T.ender L.oving C.are of your babies while you are away: long or short-term, drop-ins, one-time, or regular care. Overnights, daily, weekly, monthly, anxiety issues, senior care, special needs — all okay! I’ve had cats, dogs, and fish since I was young. I also have previous veterinary and emergency veterinary assistant experience. I’m an experienced aquarist, plant and garden caregiver, and have hand-raised baby birds. I adore fish, guinea pigs, chickens, reptiles and amphibians too, so no worries if you have multiple pets because I take excellent care of them all! My own babies include: Hestia my newest adopted kitty, 6 pond goldfish and 1 pleco, 4 chickens, a bunch of plants, and I dabble in aquaponics (growing fish and plants together). I’m mature, responsible, detailed, and trustworthy. Taking clients now until my schedule is filled. Hope to see you soon! Feeding, care, play, and love — all day every day! We’ll probably listen to some music and do some howling too! We’ll take field trips to the beach as often as possible. HOUSE SITTING: I have deep respect for my client’s pets and home as I am also a property owner and property manager. I’m mature and professional and I listen carefully to important client instructions. I assure excellent care. ONSITE: 4 apartments formerly Airbnb rentals now used as pet accommodations — and a huge, fenced in backyard. We have lots of room for plenty of pets that won’t be in contact with one another (so no worries about getting along with others). All pets must have current vaccinations and must be on prescription flea/tic meds.

About: I've been around animals for my whole life, and have been taking care of other people's animals for at least half of it. I have pet sit before for both dogs and cats, and my main priority is always to keep the animals healthy and happy! Whether you need a hand for a day or help all week, I'm down to do everything from taking pets to vet appointments, going on walks, feeding and bathing, giving medications, and (of course) picking up poop, whether it's in the grass or in a litter box! I am in college but have a relatively flexible schedule and can easily do drop-ins and give walks most of the day on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Will update schedule during winter break! I live in an apartment created in the lower level of a house and would need to have permission from the landlord to be able to host animals there (in addition to my own dog). I am always willing to go to a client's house! I have my own car and am able to take your pets anywhere they need to go!
