About: Hi there! I’m a steady, caring presence your pup can count on. I treat every dog like family, showing up with calm energy, genuine attention, and lots of love. Whether it’s house sitting or daily walks, I’m here to keep your furry friend happy, safe, and comfortable while you’re away. I understand how important routine and connection are, so I’m all about keeping things consistent and making sure your pet feels seen and cared for. Communication is key, and I’m always open to your pet’s unique needs and personality. Let’s make your dog’s time apart feel like a little staycation they’ll look forward to! My schedule is super flexible right now, so I’m happy to work around whatever time works best for you and your pup! I primarily offer dog sitting, and I’m also available for walks whenever you need them, early mornings, midday breaks, or evenings. Just send a request, and we’ll find the perfect time that works for both of us! When caring for pets, I always focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and happy. Whether I’m dog sitting or taking them for walks, I tailor my approach to each dog’s unique pace, energy level, and personality. On walks, I ensure they get fresh air, exercise, and time to potty, while closely observing their behavior and well-being. When dog sitting or doing drop-in visits, I respect your home, follow all instructions carefully, and treat your pet like my own, making sure they feel loved and secure.

“Camerin did great with my dogs. She came to meet them the day before the sitting to understand the routine and so Jin and Meimei could get used to her. Jin is very an anxious dog so I knew I was in good hands when he immediately said hi. She fed them, let them out to potty, walked Jin, and played with them. I would recommend having her as your pet sitter. Both my dogs and I approve.”

About: Worked in pet care and veterinary environments for over 9 years with experience in administration of medications, puppy/kitten-specific or geriatric care needs, and overall making your fur, finned, or feathered baby feel at ease. Currently back in school part-time, so my availability stays pretty consistent week-to-week. Open to recurring visits or a one off vacation, just let me know what you need! I’m here to make you and your pet feel comfortable, whether that’s providing pictures and updates or taking the extra time and treats to get to know your furry family!

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 10 for friends, family, neighbors, and friends of friends. I am always here to help, even when it’s last minute. My weekdays are pretty set with work from 11-4, but that leaves plenty of room for pet care before or after. Evenings, weekends, you name it - my schedule is super flexible, and I'm ready to jump in and help whenever you need me! Whether it's my place or yours, I prioritize creating a safe, comfy, and fun environment for your pet. Plenty of playtime, walks, cuddles, and following your specific care instructions!

About: I was a caregiver for retired sight guide dog, ailing dog, and old dogs. I am also an avid walker / hiker. I teach them sign languages too. I am stay at home mom and volunteer as a Docent at NCMA (about once or twice a month) . I have a 15 year old daughter who also loves dogs. I provide a safe environment for dog(s) . I give them good attention, take them out for walk or ride or swim if they like water.

About: I grew up surrounded by animals that I loved and adored and would watch my neighbor’s and friend’s animals. Pet care is not an easy thing but is so rewarding. I now have 3 pets of my own that mean the world to me and I believe in not only meeting and animals needs, but giving them the love and attention they deserve. I have experience with feeding, walking, bathing, brushing, giving medicine, cleaning litter boxes, and positive reinforcement training. I typically work every weekend and Tuesdays. I’m available Wednesday's-Friday's every week for sure but my schedule is flexible depending on the amount of notice. I’m very attentive with my own animals. I make sure they don’t get into anything and pay close attention to their needs. In any circumstance I would provide the same level of care to someone else’s pet.

“Caitlin did a fantastic job! This was my first time using Rover as I had to leave town last minute and needed someone to check on Lucy. I got notified when Caitlin arrived, and she sent pictures of Lucy going on a walk. Lucy seemed to really enjoy Caitlin. I was also informed when Lucy peed and pooped which Caitlin also properly cleaned and disposed of. I would definitely use Caitlin again if I need a dogsitter. She is prompt, professional, and Lucy definitely liked spending time with her.”

“Bree was great! So responsive and punctual. She took great care of our two dogs. Gave them lots of love and shared some photos. The dogs were in good hands! Thanks Bree :) would request again!”

About: I love all animals equally including the scaly ones! I have two cats and a ball python that I absolutely adore. Anything that’s needed I can cover with injection experience for medications to oral doses. I work a 9-5 Monday through Friday but my weekends are free for anybody that wants to take a last minute trip or just wants some extra time and attention given to their pets! I’m willing to drive anywhere within 15 miles of Cary or Fuquay. Never met a pet that didn’t like me so I’m sure I’ll get even the shyest ones to come out of their shell

About: I‘m an active animal lover who will spoil your furry friend!! I recently moved back to the Raleigh, NC area from Washington, DC, where I often walked and cared for dogs around my neighborhood. Although we had cats when I was growing up, I have become more of a dog person in my adult life. I recently adopted an adorable 20lb terrier mix named Zoey, from Saving Grace Animal Rescue. Before joining Rover I frequently dog sat for family members and friends, so I am very comfortable with pups of all sizes. Also, I have cared for multiple dogs at once, so I will feel comfortable if you have more than one pet. I am available and ready to love and play with your dog whenever you need!!

“Amanda, was amazing !! She was so good with my pup and very friendly and kind . I will definitely use her again in the future . Amanda is your girl for sure for all your sitter needs.”

Chelsea F.
“I’ve trusted her to care for my elderly cat many times, especially when my parents were out of town and honestly, that means a lot because my cat doesn’t usually like most people. I was surprised and really impressed by how quickly she bonded with her. My cat needed medicine twice a day mixed into her food, and she was always so patient and gentle. She cuddled with her, played with her when she had the energy, and made sure she never slipped out the door. She helped care for her all the way until she passed, and I’m grateful for the love and attention she gave. She’s grown up around animals, cats and dogs, and it shows. She’s not just reliable; she genuinely cares. She also helps take care of my rabbit, feeding him and checking on him when I couldn’t, with the same kind and thoughtful approach. I never had to worry when she was watching my pets. She really gets animals and treats them with love and respect like they’re her own.”

“Logan watch my 6 year old dog, and 2 cats while we were out of town. She did an overnight stay for two nights so they were most comfortable. I was confidently able to trust her with my pets and my home. She sent photo updates and made sure everyone got their normal outdoor time and exercise. I returned to happy, healthy fur babies and feel confident leaving them in her care again.”

Vicci S.
“Vicci opened her home to our dog, Max, and he was well cared for. Her experience training her own dog, who lived a long, healthy, happy life, translates well to others! She provides nurturing structure, playtime, and cuddles! Vicci has the ability to figure out how a dog communicates and what it needs very quickly. I feel strongly that any pet ( she is great with cats, too) will be in good hands with Vicci!”

Amanda M.

Aundrea N.
“Aundrea is a very responsible gal and has her own dogs that she loves with all of her heart. She loves all pets and has been known to rescue animals on the side of the road. Most recently, she came across a kitten that was abandoned and this little kitty was less than a pound in weight and was a mess. She took the kitty to a vet and thank goodness, he survived and is a very healthy little guy. She has been a dog sitter for me, and my dogs were taken care of with the utmost love and concern. I would highly recommend her as a pet caregiver.”

Heidi O.
“Heidi has watched our family's dogs on three separate occasions starting back in in 2020. Heidi is a calm presence, very caring, detail-oriented and very capable when competently supporting you in caring for pets (single or multiple). Our first time using Heidi had her caring for Betty (an elderly lab rescue mix) and Mister Peabody (an elderly English Bulldog rescue). Betty was very old at the time, and Peabody had a few health issues usual for his breed. We had to go out of town for three days and Heidi stepped right up for us at the last minute almost. She met with us in advance and was right at home with the gang. Heidi is extremely trustworthy with great follow through and attention to detail related to notes or instructions, medication labels and giving meds, keeping up with different mealtimes, play time, walks and keeping an eye out generally when we've had to go out of town and didn't want to board the dogs due to their age or health issues. She takes medical issues seriously and is great with eye drops, yeasty skin folds, giving pills and making sure that pets are comfortable. She followed up with us while we were away without being asked. Having known Heidi, she's explained her interest in taking care of pets because she's been around her large family's pets all her life. She's someone you'd trust right away, and is a natural. We will continue to hire Heidi to care for our pets, and recommend her wholeheartedly.”
