“Callie made us feel at ease all day while Honey was with her. Our sweet 4-month old German shepherd puppy is rambunctious to say the least and we might have worried with other carers but felt confident in Callie’s abilities before we even met due to her excellent communication and friendly demeanor. During the day of Honey’s visit we received photo and text updates and it was obvious that our good girl was having a fantastic time with her new friends exploring and learning (cats! snake! new yard! new people! 🐾🤯🥰) When I picked Honey up last night she was a sleepy and happy pup, and we couldn’t be more pleased. Callie is highly recommended by Honey and her humans! 🐾💕”

“Darla was so kind. Her yard was very large and my dogs played with her dogs the entire time! She sent video updates and pictures. Best part after my long day is my dogs were so tired they just went straight to sleep on my couch while I unpacked and cleaned up!”

I specialize in providing calm, attentive care that helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and at ease while their owners are away. I take a personalized approach with every pet, whether that means a gentle routine for seniors, patience for anxious or shy dogs, or structured walks and play for higher-energy pups. I pay close attention to routines, body language, and individual needs so pets feel secure and cared for. I’m currently accepting a limited number of bookings so I can provide focused, consistent care and dependable communication for every pet. I’m great with: -Puppy care & basic training reinforcement -Senior dogs & slower routines -Medication administration (pills, injections, special diets) -Anxious or shy dogs -High-energy dogs who need structure and exercise -Multiple-pet households What you can expect I provide a calm, steady presence and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, crate time, and play. I believe consistency is key to helping pets feel relaxed and confident. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I take that responsibility seriously. Your pet will be treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care — just like one of my own. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. I start and end my days taking care of animals — feeding, walking, playing, and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I naturally build my schedule around the pets I’m caring for so they get consistency and comfort all day long. I’ve always believed pets aren’t “just animals” — they’re family. I care for every pet the same way I’d want someone to care for mine: with patience, gentleness, and total attention to their well-being. Whether I’m in your home or they’re with me, your pet will be loved, safe, and treated like one of my own.
About: My experience comes from my own dogs I've had over my 46 years. I've had a dog my whole life, except for about 2 years after one dog passed before I got my first basset hound in 2010. My most recent dogs were 2 basset hounds. One was a rescue, Elmer, and one I had from 8 weeks old, Mel. They've both since passed of old age. Elmer passed in 2024, he was nearly 13 and Mel this year, he was 15. I miss them terribly, both my boys but my Mel the most, he was my baby. But because my husband and I decided we needed a break from having a pet full-time, I thought providing pet care for others would give me the best of both worlds. Being able to help others take care of their pets without worry, but also for me to get some fur baby love without having a pet full-time. So, you can rest assured that with me, your fur baby will be taken care of with lots of love! I am working part-time from home and no longer have a pet in the home, so my schedule allows me to take time for pet care during the week. I have a fenced-in backyard that is accessed from a deck that is accessed from a slider in our dining room. And because there are no pets in the home currently, your fur baby would get 100% of my attention.

“Britny was great with my puppy. It was my first time ever trying Rover or even having a dog sitter in general but I’m glad I did. Britny was flexible with my schedule and was fast with responses. She kept me updated by sending pictures and videos of my pup while I was out. I would definitely recommend her watching your dog for all your dog sitting needs! :)”
