About: Emma is a certified master dog groomer, self-taught artist, self-published author, and dog sport enthusiast living in West Michigan. She shares her home with her crew of pets - dogs, goats, reptiles, and a cat. She has trained her own dogs in many sports including agility, rally, obedience, nosework, herding, dock diving, flyball, lure coursing, drag racing, barn hunt, trick dog, freestyle, conformation, and more. She has gone on to compete in several of these sports, earning advanced titles in agility, rally, and conformation. She loves variety whether in her chosen dog sport or chosen dog breed - she has owned a pug, a border collie/Australian shepherd mix, an English setter, an Icelandic sheepdog, Shetland sheepdogs, and English cocker spaniels. Emma’s dog grooming business is one of very few offering house call grooming in West Michigan. Emma is certified through the National Dog Groomers Association of American, certified in pet safety, first aid, and CPR/CPCR, certified in Fear Free handling, and is actively working on certification as a pet aesthetician through Iv San Bernard USA. More than anything else, she loves spending time with her dogs, hiking, exploring, and finding and creating beautiful things. I work from home so am able to dedicate quite a bit of time to caring for your pet! Dogs coming in for grooming and dogs here for boarding/daycare are kept separate to prevent any issues. My personal dogs are integrated as needed with the ability to separate them for reactive or potentially aggressive or fearful visitors. Dogs are confined in crates or kennel runs for safety when I am not home or am unable to watch and monitor them. My yard is fully fenced with no gaps or holes. Flight risk dogs will be leash walked. Otherwise dogs will be out in my house integrated with my own pack as appropriate!

About: My experience comes from my own dogs I've had over my 46 years. I've had a dog my whole life, except for about 2 years after one dog passed before I got my first basset hound in 2010. My most recent dogs were 2 basset hounds. One was a rescue, Elmer, and one I had from 8 weeks old, Mel. They've both since passed of old age. Elmer passed in 2024, he was nearly 13 and Mel this year, he was 15. I miss them terribly, both my boys but my Mel the most, he was my baby. But because my husband and I decided we needed a break from having a pet full-time, I thought providing pet care for others would give me the best of both worlds. Being able to help others take care of their pets without worry, but also for me to get some fur baby love without having a pet full-time. So, you can rest assured that with me, your fur baby will be taken care of with lots of love! I am working part-time from home and no longer have a pet in the home, so my schedule allows me to take time for pet care during the week. I have a fenced-in backyard that is accessed from a deck that is accessed from a slider in our dining room. And because there are no pets in the home currently, your fur baby would get 100% of my attention.

I’ve worked in the veterinary field on and off for years, as a vet tech, surgical assistant, and in kennels caring for boarding pets. I have cared for pets of all types, sizes, ages, temperaments, and needs so your pet will be in experienced hands. I work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I'm able to care for your pets on an as needed basis. I can travel within Muskegon for drop in visits or have them at my house, whichever you prefer. I’ve got a fenced yard and one sweet, social dog who loves having company but is happy to give space. I can crate your pet if that’s part of their routine, and when they’re out and about in the house, I keep a close eye on things. Walks are always on-leash, and I rely on positive reinforcement (treats optional) to keep attention and build trust.

About: HI, my name is Lenore, - My love for animals began when I was very young... - A few years ago, my Sheltie, Spencer... at 10 wk old, was already highly intelligent, and so full of love. In 3 days time, was house trained, and enrolled in Puppy Pre-School at a local PETSMART. He was such a quick learner, sitting and staying in no time! - Years later, my youngest Son and I, owned registered AKC, Siberian Huskies, and raised and sold 4 litters of puppies. Such fun. - a few other animals I've cared for; dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, bearded dragons, fish, eels, a chinchilla, pet snakes....but said no to a tarantula! About: Hello! Nice to meet you! Many dogs of all shapes and sizes have stayed at my home, and I can say with certainty that all of them have had a great time. My patience, calming demeanor and attitude will surely put your precious pets at ease. If you reach me a week or more in advance, I can tailor my schedule so that I will be able to spend the most time with your dog or cat, and make sure they get all the attention and care they deserve while you are away! I recently left my day job, so I can be at home with your pets most of the time. I will be working from home and so your pets will have company most of the day. If we talk in advance, we can work out the best possible arrangement so that I can be with your pets, and pick the best drop-off and pick-up times for you. My home is very spacious and free of other animals, so you won't have to worry about whether they'll get along with other animals. The backyard is also a great place to hang out and play, and the neighborhood is rather quiet and a great place for walks.

About: I am very well adapted to dogs of all ages, puppies and senior "puppies". Taking care of them since the age 12. Even all breeds. I run my own business so I have much flexibility for play time, potty breaks walks social time and much cuddling. Even training if needed. If dog sitting in my home the crate is available or they would have free roam of my home, outdoors would be on a leash as I do not have a fenced in yard.
