“Kelli and her wonderful crew has become our #1 go-to! Incredibly engaged, communicative, and kind. We always know our fur kiddo will have a blast and be well-taken care of in Kelli’s home. Highly recommend!”

About: I’m back on Rover after almost a year away, which means my client list is wide open again! I’ve worked in the veterinary field on and off for years, as a vet tech, surgical assistant, and in kennels caring for boarding pets. I have cared for pets of all types, sizes, ages, temperaments, and needs so your pet will be in experienced hands. I also use gentle training and conditioning techniques that many of my past clients have found really helpful. Feel free to reach out with any questions. I’m excited to meet your furry buddy! I work remotely from home and have a very flexible schedule, so I'm able to care for your pets on an as needed basis. I can travel within Muskegon for drop in visits or have them at my house, whichever you prefer. I’ve got a fenced yard and one sweet, social dog who loves having company but is happy to give space. I can crate your pet if that’s part of their routine, and when they’re out and about in the house, I keep a close eye on things. Walks are always on-leash, and I rely on positive reinforcement (treats optional) to keep attention and build trust.
“Michelle was wonderful! I could tell that Apollo was relaxed and well taken care of. She sent updates and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend her to any other pet parent!”

If dog sitting in my home the crate is available or they would have free roam of my home, outdoors would be on a leash as I do not have a fenced in yard.

About: My experience comes from my own dogs I've had over my 46 years. I've had a dog my whole life, except for about 2 years after one dog passed before I got my first basset hound in 2010. My most recent dogs were 2 basset hounds. One was a rescue, Elmer, and one I had from 8 weeks old, Mel. They've both since passed of old age. Elmer passed in 2024, he was nearly 13 and Mel this year, he was 15. I miss them terribly, both my boys but my Mel the most, he was my baby. But because my husband and I decided we needed a break from having a pet full-time, I thought providing pet care for others would give me the best of both worlds. Being able to help others take care of their pets without worry, but also for me to get some fur baby love without having a pet full-time. So, you can rest assured that with me, your fur baby will be taken care of with lots of love! I am working part-time from home and no longer have a pet in the home, so my schedule allows me to take time for pet care during the week. I have a fenced-in backyard that is accessed from a deck that is accessed from a slider in our dining room. And because there are no pets in the home currently, your fur baby would get 100% of my attention.

About: Hi! I’m Lindamaria — an experienced, reliable pet caregiver with over 15 years of hands-on animal care. I specialize in providing calm, attentive care that helps pets feel safe, comfortable, and at ease while their owners are away. I take a personalized approach with every pet, whether that means a gentle routine for seniors, patience for anxious or shy dogs, or structured walks and play for higher-energy pups. I pay close attention to routines, body language, and individual needs so pets feel secure and cared for. I’m currently accepting a limited number of bookings so I can provide focused, consistent care and dependable communication for every pet. I’m great with: -Puppy care & basic training reinforcement -Senior dogs & slower routines -Medication administration (pills, injections, special diets) -Anxious or shy dogs -High-energy dogs who need structure and exercise -Multiple-pet households What you can expect I provide a calm, steady presence and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible — feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, crate time, and play. I believe consistency is key to helping pets feel relaxed and confident. You’ll receive regular photo and video updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else, and I take that responsibility seriously. Your pet will be treated with patience, kindness, and genuine care — just like one of my own. Pet care is part of my everyday routine. I start and end my days taking care of animals — feeding, walking, playing, and giving them the love and attention they deserve. I naturally build my schedule around the pets I’m caring for so they get consistency and comfort all day long. I’ve always believed pets aren’t “just animals” — they’re family. I care for every pet the same way I’d want someone to care for mine: with patience, gentleness, and total attention to their well-being. Whether I’m in your home or they’re with me, your pet will be loved, safe, and treated like one of my own.
About: I’ve been obsessed and very passionate about animals ever since I was very young. I have experience in owning many animals from fish, birds and reptiles to dogs and cats and loved all of them the same. I’m very good at leash training and teaching simple tricks such as sit, shake, lay and roll over! I go for long hikes daily with my dog who is beyond nice and has never had a problem with the 10+ dogs he’s been around in his life, if anything he enjoys any company and is very gentle. I’m open everyday for a few hours maybe more depending on the day and there’s usually a few days out of the week that I’m completely free. I try to respect whatever the owner of the animal would like. Whether that’s not taking their dog for too long of walks, not letting them on furniture, etc.. I try to stick to their natural regimen so that way they act accordingly for their owners. I work from home so pet sitting is something that helps me financially and mentally! I’ve always enjoyed working with animals since I can remember. I treat my client’s dog as if it is my own in every way. Unless any special directions are given, for example not sitting on furniture, no jumping on people, etc…

I have a fenced in back yard and a safe, clean home. I am a relaxed and easy-going person, I will treat your house with respect and care, making no messes.
