“Andrea is great! She sends pictures and updates at least once a day, and her kids give my needy Chihuahua lots of attention. My big dogs enjoy playing with hers. I can enjoy time away knowing my dogs are safe and happy.”

“I cannot thank Sohee and Shelby enough. I have never used Rover before but they made me feel so comfortable during the entire process. My dog has a pretty tedious medication schedule and has a tendency to refuse to eat when I am not there, but they handled him so well. I will most certainly use Sohee and Shelby again next time I need boarding!”

“This is my first time in Rover, Overall The experience was good. This is the first time Coco was with a sitter. Until now we never left her one day without me or her mom in the last 3 years. I was so worried how she will adjust at her new place. End of the day it all worked out fine. I want to give a shoutout to Faith who took an extra step ensuring my girl Coco was taken care. It starts with making her comfortable at home and giving her space to adjust to the new environment. Secondly she is a pick eater but faith waived her magic and made surer she had her meal. At the time of pickup , she already misses Faith said her good byes. I found Faith an excellent sitter who really loves & cares at what she does. Thank You Faith having Coco and taking care of her.”

Marisa is so quick and efficient at communicating, you will never have to worry about waiting to hear back from her or not getting an update on your fur baby while you're away. She consistently sent pictures and updates on her own without me having to ask and showed Shiloh (our little bichon frise) all the love as if he was her own pet. They were super flexible with the pick-up and drop-off times and asked follow-up questions about Shiloh's care throughout his stay there to make sure he felt at home and was comfortable. Marisa and James are such a warm and lovely couple and I definitely would not hesitate in leaving Shiloh with them again. Thanks so much for your help!”
