Rita B.

“Rita is amazing!! She has a true love for animals and you can tell that she enjoys being with them! My Cali (English springer spaniel) can be stubborn and playful. Rita took the time to let Cali warm up and come to her and she was patient when Cali wanted to play "tag" instead of going on a walk. I've only ever trusted my sister to take care of Cali. I'm so grateful and happy that I found Rita and can add her to my list of trusted people! Thank you for everything!!”

Jackie H.

“Jackie did a great job for us! We had several changes to the schedule which she was more than happy to acommodate. We so appreciated her flexibility and willingness to roll with the changes. Would definitely request her anytime we need it. Thank you Jackie!”

kasey m.

“Kacey was wonderful with our doggie. She came a few days early to meet her and get specific instructions. She was prompt, kept in touch and braved the cold and early morning conditions we could not be happier.”

Mary C.

“Mary has been so helpful and supportive the last two weeks. I had a couple of deaths in my family and Mary was able to walk my dog and check in on her when I had to fly home for a funeral. She’s so sweet and thoughtful and it was so great to know my pup was being so well taken care of! She’s the best ❤️”

Quazaye K.
About: Hello! My name is Quazaye. I love animals of all sorts and have been taking care of them my whole life. I even have one of my own — Sirius, my love bug (who is dog friendly if yours needs a friend!). I am a student so I have flexible availability! I’m very flexible! I’m a full time student so I have time, just let me know when you need care and I’m happy to provide! I’m happy to follow any and all care instructions you have when it comes to your fur baby — let me know if you have special requests.

Elizabeth H.

“Elizabeth walked my 2 dogs while I had an extra long work day. She took and shared pics of both pups and posted them on Rover for me to see. I so appreciate her!!! She came over for a short meet and greet a few days prior to the scheduled walk. She took my dogs for a nice long walk in the park near my home. I am comfortable working late, knowing my dogs have been cared for properly. I look forward to asking for her help in the future, as my husband and I have always wanted an over night in Chicago.”

Emily D.

“Emily is great. Our dog loves his walks with her and its good to have the peace of mind she provides. She is punctual, attentive and very affectionate towards our pet. Thank you Emily!”

Shannon J.

“Shannon has been so patient with my dog. She has taken time on numerous occasions to come and try to make my dog feel comfortable, as he is very shy and timid. She calls immediately with updates or any issues and she would be a wonderful choice to help you with your beloved pet.”

Christina T.
“Christina has the perfect personality for someone to take care of a dog. You can tell her compassion for the animals, and how much she has as the animals love her, too. She is a life-long dog owner, and has taken some of the best care i’ve ever seen of my fur babies.”

Jackie L.
“Jackie is one of the biggest animal lovers I have ever met. She is a lover of all animals, big and small, wild and domesticated. Above all though, she loves dogs for their playfulness and companionship. Her husband and children also love dogs, and others dogs are always welcome in their home. She is also incredibly reliable, responsible and organized. You can always count on Jackie to do what she says she is going to do, and do it well. She is trustworthy and will provide loving, playful, and safe care for all pets, as if they were her own.”

Anya B.
About: I am a 29 year old female working from home part time. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, and rabbits has given me a love for all animals. Currently, I own a 10-year-old Russian Blue cat, but often times care for and administer medications/IV fluids for my childhood goldendoodle, whom is 16 years old. Both these pets are extremely good with other dogs and other cats. I have experience in dog training (and some cat training), and while I love ALL dogs, big dogs and doodles are my favorite! I have a positive-reinforcement style of training, meaning I try not to scold for bad behavior, but rather reward positive behavior. I am also a big fan of teaching a dog to ring a bell (hung up by the door) to communicate they need to go outside. I am partial to crate-training, but understand that not all dogs respond the same to this. I believe that a crate is meant to be a safe-space that belongs to that pup--it is not a punishment. I have gained intimate experience in caretaking and healthcare in a skilled nursing facility and attending PT school. I understand how pets are family members, and we only want the very best for them. My availability is VERY flexible; morning, noon, overnights, weekdays and weekends. I currently work part time from home on my computer. Therefore, I have an exceptionally flexible schedule where I can "drop everything" and attend to a pet's needs. I care deeply for all animals. That is why it is important to me to ensure all animals boarded get along together. Safety is my number one priority. When attending to pets someones home, I act in accordance of the rules of the home and I am respectful of their house and belongings, while also providing the best care and comfort for their furry family member. When boarding pets in my own home, I think it is important to provide as much comfort to them as possible, which includes affection, food, and a designated space that they can call "their own". Pets don't know why they are boarded somewhere, or even if it is temporary. Its important for them to understand that they are still safe.

Brooke G.
About: I have had a dog my entire life. When I was born, my parents had a black lab and after that, we had another black lab. Fairly sized dogs, very friendly and loved being outside and in water. Now we have Frank! He is the perfect size, roughly around 40 pounds.. easy to pick up and cuddle with. When my parents were either on vacation or at work, my sister and I were in charge of our dog. My main priority will be the pets heath and wellbeing. I am reliable and consistent along with a great communicator. My best quality is undoubtedly my love for animals. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to spend with animals! I enjoy taking walks to get in my daily exercise and would love to have a furry friend to join me! I care for my pets in my home/clients home by starting off with the basic needs for any animal. Making sure they have fresh water and food to eat along with bathroom breaks. Always making sure the pet is safe and comfortable. Taking it a step further with regular exercise and play time and to top it off.. with PLENTY of love.

About: I've had dogs ever since I can remember! Each one of them had their own attitudes, personalities, and unique traits. I loved each and every one of them. They're loyal companions that bring us joy. I've always been great with dogs. I'm currently only available only on Tuesday and Wednesday. I have other obligations the rest of the week. I wish I had more time to care for dogs. I will only be going to client's homes. I will always provide the best possible care to your dog. I will keep them safe, healthy, and happy.
