Throughout our vacation Douglas was in constant contact with us and sending us pictures to show how much Clay was enjoying his stay. Oh my god!! If you need a nice, caring, lovable family to watch your babies… this is it right here!! I was so nervous leaving my baby with someone just because he’s more skittish than others but they quickly reassured me that everything would be fine. I instantly felt the warmth as I walked through the door. They were very gentle and patient with him until he got more comfortable and they still gave him extra love and support throughout his stay. I received constant photos, videos and updates during his stay that really eased my nerves and kept me in the loop with all activities! Chelsea allowed my very anxious dog to lay with her and on her, which provided so much comfort knowing we rarely leave our dog. Chelsea allowed us to walk her back yard and space so we could see where Abby would be spending her time. She was flexible with drop off and pick up and provided pictures when we checked in on Abby.
