“This was our first time using Rover. Gabriela came highly recommended by a friend whose dog she had previously cared for. We could not have been any happier or more pleased with the exceptional care she provided to our 16 1/2 yr old chihuahua. Having an older dog with poor vision and hearing impaired made us so nervous but Gabriela immediately made us feel comfortable and had such keen instincts for our pup's needs. Our dog immediately bonded with her. We received pictures and updates from Gabriela and upon picking her up also received a full report. Gabriela is such a kind and caring person, you can immediately pick up on that and it truly showed in the loving attention she gave our pup.
