At our meet and greet beforehand she sat down with me and asked great questions and allowed me to ask questions and it just made me feel really comfortable and confident in the care she would provide. “My husband and I were very skeptical to leave our fur baby with a total stranger at first. But, if anyone is like us, "NO ONE" watches our baby Knox except our son, who is now away at school. However, after reading the reviews about how caring, patient, and flexible LyLy is it was definitely worth giving her a chance. We also requested to have a 1st meet-up with her prior to making a decision. After the visit, my husband and I noticed how amazing her connection to animals was and her calm demeanor. Knox seemed very happy to meet LyLy and allowed her to walk and play with him, which solidified it for us. Therefore, his first visit with her was for 4 nights from October 6 through October 10th. We loved getting updates from LyLy to see Knox was happy, excited and having fun playing with other dogs, her children, and going on long walks. Her kiddos had a great time with him as well. We loved the interaction her family gave to our fur baby. 3rd time leaving our boy with LyLy and he loves it there!! We can honestly say Knox is truly happy having LyLy as his dog sitter. About: I have been working in veterinary medicine for about 6 years. Growing up I also raised seeing eye dogs. I have a dog of my own as well as 3 cats. I am comfortable administering all medication. I work 4 days a week but am able to offer boarding pet care and will spend as much time as I can with my staying pets. I treat all animals as if they are mine. I am a huge animal lover. Matt and Leanna took care of our two dogs for two days while we went away. Amazing is an understatement. The dogs were so comfortable and Matt went the extra mile by taking the dogs to a big park twice! They're still tired out which was relieving after traveling with two toddlers. Randi was absolutely amazing! I always get nervous leaving Harper but she made me feel much better about everything. She kept me updated on how he was doing and sent pictures to ease my concerns. Shaina and her mom, Michel showed up and gave both Onyx and I a very warm and loving welcome at the meet & greet. Although Onyx was a bit anxious and nervous, she definitely felt at home. Onyx even picked out her favorite chair to relax in as if she knew she would be back. Michel rest assured me that I could enjoy my trip and that Onyx would be taken great care of. During Onyx's stay with Shaina and Michel, I was provided with great updates and the best action pictures that Onyx would allow...she was always on the move, playing and enjoying herself. Pictures speak a 1,000 words and it showed me that my Diva pup was happy, having a great time. At the end of Onyx's stay, she was happy to see me, but I could bet that she was not happy to leave! She wouldn't allow Shaina to put the leash on, jumped up in Michel's lap and gave me a look as to say, 'I'm happy, you can leave now!' I will definitely request Shaina and Michel again because they were reassuring, caring, took their time getting to know Onyx by asking questions and playing with her, and they were very accommodating! Above all else, they received the official Ony paw of approval. Look forward to seeing you both again! 🐶
It was a First time for me to leave my dog without us and at the beginning it was little stressful. But with Aliaksandra and her beautiful family all stress and worry was gone. 100 stars to her not five. Special thanks to her and her Mother.
