About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! I have a 3 year old Pitt/Staffy that I rescued when he was very young. I work 4 days a week, which I will typically block off, but am home several times for walks and care. About: I’ve had cats my entire life and have always helped out taking care of my friend’s cats and dogs. When it comes to taking full care of other people’s pets I’ve done a couple of pet sitting jobs in the past year or so. While home from college I have free time almost everyday for most of the day! While I may need to go home to check on my own pets or family I can usually spend most of the day with your pets. About: Leanna and I have had dogs all of our lives. We have a dog name Gus now. He’s an Australian cattle dog. He’s very active and sweet. We have taken care of a few dogs while their owners were on vacation. We absolutely love it. A dogs unconditional love is the best feeling. About: I basically grew up in a dog house- my family bred poodles, so caring for puppies was just part of the daily routine. I’ve been walking, feeding, bathing, and spoiling dogs for as long as I can remember! I take pet safety seriously. From secure harness checks to staying alert on every walk. At home, I have two mini goldendoodles (Rooney F/4yo and Georgie M/2yo), my cats Buckbeak (M/2yo) and Ron (M/1yo) who thinks they run the house. Pets are family to me, and I treat every dog I walk like they’re one of my own. My weekday availability is mainly afternoons and evenings, so your dog still gets plenty of dedicated one-on-one time and attention after 4pm. Weekend availability may vary depending on the day, but I’m always happy to coordinate when possible. I follow your routines and instructions to keep your dog(s) and cat(s) comfortable, safe, and happy whether we’re at your place or out exploring the neighborhood! My mornings are wide open, so your dog gets top-tier walking time before 2pm. I’m basically a morning person for dogs only. Evenings and weekends could potentially work depending on the day. I take pet safety seriously — from secure harness checks to staying alert on every walk. At home, I have two friendly miniature goldendoodles and a chill cat who supervises from the sidelines. I follow your routines and instructions to keep your dog comfortable, safe, and happy whether we’re at your place or out exploring the neighborhood!
About: I’ve been a dog owner for 12 years now. friends and family trust me with their pets and taking care of them while they are away for vacation and just days they need me to stay with their fur baby. I work for temple university and I’m free all throughout their summer, spring and winter breaks which gives me more then enough time to be around your pet . I have a deck in my patio, I live near a huge park and I have 2 friendly yorkie chihuahua mix dogs! I have one big and one girl, my girl is a year old and my boy is a year old and 6 months!
About: Hi! I'm Melissa! A little bit about me. Growing up, our family always had dogs and cats. Since the moment I was born, I was raised alongside dogs and cats and at one point in my childhood we had three large breed dogs and 2 cats at once, so fun and crazy! This always nurtured my deep appreciation for animals from an early age. One of our family dogs even had three litters of puppies during my teenage years, giving me hands on experience caring for dogs and puppies of all ages and sizes. Today, I have my own dog in my own family home, a 76 pound English Coonhound rescue from Arkansas. Despite his high energy levels, strength and tendency to pull on the leash, I handle him confidently and independently. I adopted him through Philly Rescue Angels Inc., where I am also an approved foster. Family and friends have relied on me for years from a young age to let out, walk, feed, and play with their dogs whether it be when they need help on short notice or go on an extended vacation. In addition to my experience with dogs, I’ve had cats throughout my life and have fostered them as well. One of my cats even needed daily insulin injections for diabetes and I always handled that myself. My background has given me a well rounded understanding of animal care, and I take pride in my ability to provide attentive, compassionate, and responsible care for all of your pets! Since I am a nurse, I also understand most medical conditions and medication administration and precautions for pets as well, they're more similar to us than we realize! I am a registered nurse whom only works 3 days per week. I am quite flexible in my schedule and can move around my days easily if requested! I have a fenced in yard. I have a friendly dog to play with your pup! And an extra large crate if you need your pet crated at all. Pets are allowed on furniture in my house as well!
About: I’ve taken care of my two dogs daily. I’m doing walking with them twice a day depend on weather but most of time there’s walking around the blocks. I’m deaf. We would like to make your stay with us as easy and smooth as possible, and so we will do our best to keep your dog feeling comfortable in our home. Just let us know whatever special needs or requests you have when we meet. We will keep in touch with you throughout the visit to let you know how your fur-baby is doing so that you can enjoy being away! *What to bring: - Food - Bed/crate - Bowls - Any preferred toys or treats We look forward to meeting you and your dog before you book your stay with us. About: I treat every pet as if it were my own. I’ve owed three dogs in the past years , two of which were rescues. I worked at a greyhound shelter in the past. I grew up with a cat as child and always been drawn to animals. My house is pet friendly and is a three story row house with a fenced in yard, on a quiet block. I love taking care of animals and will make sure your pet is treated with love and respect! My dog is a friendly and playful Jack Russell mix who loves his walks. About: What sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs and my wide range of experience. I’ve cared for everything from playful puppies to senior dogs with special needs, tiny breeds to dogs over 100 pounds. I’m confident handling all kinds of personalities and energy levels, and I always adjust my care to fit each dog’s needs. I’ve also had dogs of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you trust. Pet sitting isn’t just a side job for me it’s something I truly enjoy, and I treat every dog like they’re part of my family. I currently work full-time Monday through Friday from 8am–4pm, but I’m still very committed to pet sitting! I’m available for early morning walks, evening visits, overnight stays, and weekends. I care for every pet like they’re part of my own family. Whether I’m in my home or the client’s, I make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I follow their routine closely including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions and I always give them my full attention. I also keep the space clean and make sure they’re calm and happy while their owner is away.
