About: I grew up in a small town in Colorado and was the point of contact for animal care when the neighbors were on vacation, out for an emergency, etc. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, birds, fish, you name it. I am a pre-pharmacy/pre-law student and i spend a lot of time on campus, and when I am not on campus, I am at home studying. Pet sitting is great because I am able to study off campus and be a companion to your animals, and have the best time. I believe that pets are most comfortable in their own homes. They should also have a seamless transition from the moment their owner(s) leave to when they return. With that, their environment should be unchanged and consistent and overall positive.

I think they should be loved and cared for while their owners are away and not put into a cage for the weekend. This causes stress and anxiety! Why should we be having all of the fun our pets deserve a normal weekend while we are away! I enjoy being outside and taking our dogs for walks and playing fetch!
