I worked at the humane society of Huron valley and have for about 1 year previously and previously worked at a boarding facility for cats and dogs.My current job is a vet receptionist/ vet assistant at VCA of Hamburg. Every other day of the week it would have to be after I get off of work, typically I am off between the 6pm-7pm range. My schedule is open 4 days a week to help pet owners and make some new furry friends I am available to care for pets in their home, where they are most comfortable and have everything they need. I enjoy getting out for walks and light exercise. For owners with a fenced yard, I'm happy to play with your pup outside, tossing a ball or a game of tag. I follow all instructions provided and address all needs (feeding, water, play/exercise, waste clean up, medications, treats, training etc.). And, of course, I make sure to spend some extra time with pets who enjoy attention and affection.

About: I offer great service. I’m good with both cats and dogs, I understand pet care and how to properly socialize with them. I’m attentive and patient with the vibrant personalities of any pet! I lost my senior yorkie at the start of this year. However, she was very pampered and cared for. Our daily routine is consistent and I monitor her health closely as well as give her plenty of attention and play time. She’s very attached to her home and her family, and very protective, so it’s important that she has lots of love. She’s a cuddler and goes for the mouth with kisses. Her stomach is very sensitive and she has a strict diet. She’s a great companion, however, and a great bugler alarm system as she barks at everything that moves. I understand greatly, the importance of a dog’s preferences and quirks. Nothing your dog could need is ridiculous to me at all. Your home will be greatly respected, and your pets will be my priority. I will keep your pet on their proper schedule and ensure that they don’t get lonely while you’re away! You would set the feeding schedule and I would take them on walks or let them outside accordingly. Of course we will have plenty of playtimes and I will do my best to limit any messes.

About: I’ve taken care of my dog while enrolled at Michigan State for the past 2 years. Now he is living with my girlfriend in Colorado while she is enrolled in Vet School.
