About: I have been dog sitting for over 4 years now and the types of dogs have ranged from a few weeks old to 15 years old. I grew up with dogs and I even help volunteer at an animal shelter when I have the chance. I’ve animal sat for: dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, turtles, and more. I also work at a doggy daycare and boarding facility where I take care of pups all ages and breeds. I work part time and have plenty of time to take care of any animal I only work 4 hours on most days which gives me a lot of time to play and socialize with the animals. On Monday and Wednesday I work 7 hours, from 9-12 and 2-6 in between those time I will be with your fur baby’s aswell. Tuesdays and Thursdays I have school at 8-11am. Tuesdays I work 2-6. Fridays I work 8-12pm. So your animals will only be home alone short amounts of time. I plan to let out the animals every 4 hours or earlier on Monday and Wednesday’s. Then on any other day I will be with them every second I can be and I will be letting them out very frequently or as often as asked.

About: I am a middle school english teacher that is looking to make some money during the summer and meet some cute dogs! I would treat your dog like my own. I have a silver lab of my own that I take on a walk everyday (when the weather allows it). He is 8 years old and has lived the best life by going on puppy play dates, doggy day care, and many trips camping with us. I grew up with all kinds of dogs my entire life and I truly feel they are apart of the family! Should be treated like they are apart of the family.

About: I have always been around animals my whole life and grew up with multiple pets, caring for them since they were babies up until they were seniors. I’m 25 years old, going to school at Eastern Michigan University to become an elementary teacher. I’m very active and love to be outdoors! I love and treat my pets as if they were family and plan to do the same for your fur babies! I‘ve cat sat for my aunt and uncle and have pet sat for my friends and family as well as past clients on rover, and have worked on a farm in the past caring for horses, barn kitties and dogs. My late St. Bernard was on heart medication so I know how to trick even the stubbornest dogs to take their pills or eat if they’re old and don’t have much of an appetite as they used to. I have recently moved to the Howell area and live in an apartment, however my complex is super dog friendly and my apartment has a big (unfenced) yard behind it (would have to keep your dogs leashed if they’re boarded here) with many trails! I’m looking forward to hearing from you and taking care of your furry friends 😊🐾 My schedule is very open for the summer, since I’m on summer break before I begin student teaching in late August. I’m available Monday-Friday, as well as some weekends! I frequently dog sit for my friends and family, with most of my experience being with dogs between a year-fourteen years old, and same goes for cats. When I enter someone’s home I make sure to never approach their pets and let them approach me (because I know it can be nerve-wracking for them to meet a new person at times). I usually let dogs out every hour or more if needed and enjoy going for walks with them or playing fetch or any other games to keep them entertained. I follow the instructions given by the parents of our fluffy friends very closely, feed times, medicine times, treat times, etc. If I need to I usually set reminders so I have a backup reminder if needed. Along with caring for their pets I also clean up after them, litter boxes, toys, their outside duties, and whatever the pet parent instructs. I currently just moved to the Howell area and have not gotten a pet of my own yet, however I can pet sit your pets at my apartment if they’re potty trained, or can take care of them at your house as well!

My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and there's nothing I enjoy more than making pets feel safe, loved, and right at home while their families are away. About: In our home every dog is a priority to us. We schedule activities around their needs and energy levels. We love to play outside, go for walks around our neighborhood and snuggle before bed. Our puppy is very high energy and loves to make new friends. The dogs will be in a safe environment, with a fenced yard, and will be given a bed time snack! We allow animals on all furniture within our home and in our bed to sleep at night, we also have a pallet dog bed available in our room. I’m a recent graduate from Michigan State University and I’m currently working a part time job. About: I have owned Dogs and Cats all of my life and they are family. I love all animals big or small. I am very fit and can handle the biggest or smallest 4 legged animals. I’m just getting into pet sitting on here and work full time but can do overnights and weekends. I can also stop bye most days for a walk or let your babies out when your away. I have 2 Dogs with a 60 pound hound and 25 pound King Charles Cavalier spaniel. They are bot lovers not fighters. I love taking Dogs for long walks..

About: A few city blocks simply isn’t enough for some dogs! I’ll take your pooch to the local park or to the woods for up to 2 hours of hiking! I’m also available for cat stroller walks & will bring fully enclosed stroller if needed. If you want to travel with your pet & need care on the trip, I’m available for that too! I am that person who blocks traffic to save an animal's life. My most recent experience was with an owl! I've even stopped for a rock that I thought was a dog! Trained in animal rescue and a former employee of Critter Control, I also have a degree in Environmental Science and volunteer at Adopt A Pet. I have had pets my entire life & never tire learning about how to best relate with them. I believe every animal is unique & will adapt my care for your pets to suit them & your situation. I have had training with dogs with an expert who has a similar style as Cesar Millan. I deeply love & care for animals & look forward to meeting you & your pets. I have full flexibility in the other work I do so I’m available most days & evenings to care for your loved one. Late night walks available. I prefer to care for your pets in your home. I take detailed notes to assure I fully comply with your wishes & communicate regularly.

About: From early on in life I have always been an animal lover. I was the one bringing home injured birds and stray dogs/cats when I was a kid. My mom was supportive of that passion and helped me help so many animals over the years. I have personally only adopted animals from rescues and my current dog is a rescue. I volunteer time to local rescues and bring supplies to local shelters. I care for neighbors animals and homes when they go out of town. I am always very nervous about new people around my animal and home, so I always make sure to treat clients like how I would want to be treated. I really enjoy giving people one less thing to worry about. I am openly available. Besides the occasional errand, I am always home, so nobody will be left home alone! We are up with the sun and stay up late! We are on 9 acres with river access, a quiet country road and plenty of places to lounge or run! It is not fenced in.

About: I have been a dog owner my whole life. I have taken care of and raised 5 litters of puppies from birth alongside their mother. I weined them from their mother's milk and administered their first round of shots. At about 8 weeks of age they went off to their new homes. Ive dealt with hernias on dogs, dogs with heartworm, shedding, long nails. You name it. I am self employed so my schedule is flexible. I also have a landscape maintenance business that I schedule morning and afternoon hours for. I request that arrangements be made at least 24 hours ahead of requested date. I have a black lab who loves friends. Humans and dogs. I am able to crate animals if need be and folllow any special diets your dog may need. Plenty of toys here also.
