I was shocked to hear Mara got comfortable enough to jump right in bed on the first night. About: I have been caring for animals my entire life, with experience ranging from dogs, cats, and rabbits to ferrets, birds, hamsters, and all kinds of farm animals. I also grew up maintaining a 400-gallon fish tank that included a wide variety of fish and even small freshwater sharks, giving me a strong understanding of aquatic care. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I believe every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have raised two very active 100+ lb German Shepherd/Lab mixes since they were puppies, so I am confident handling large, high-energy dogs. Despite my size, I am fully capable of managing and guiding strong animals safely and effectively. I am happy to assist with all aspects of pet care, including long walks, feeding, bathing, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I am also comfortable caring for pets of all ages and administering medications when needed (with prior instructions). Additionally, I have long-term experience(10+ years) caring for a Bengal cat with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), which has given me hands-on experience with specialized care and medication routines. I am currently a student at Central Michigan University and work part-time with a flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I am available for both daytime visits and overnight stays in your home. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 and I am veterinary technician with a year of experience and I’m planning on getting my license in the fall! I also have some training experience and I have a pittie at home with some behavioral issues so I’m no stranger to difficult dogs! I do work a full time job at a vet clinic but I am available over nights, some weekdays and weekends to either stay with your fur baby or just stop in to let them out and feed them! I unfortunately cannot have dogs come to my house, but I am respectful and cleanly! I don’t mind staying at your house with your dog, cat, or any other animal you may have!
