From our very first meet-and-greet, she was incredibly thorough—asking every important question and answering all of ours with patience and clarity. We instantly felt at ease leaving our 9-year-old Apollo in her care. She was always extremely responsive, easy to reach, and wonderfully accommodating to both Apollo's needs and ours (including bringing in mail and packages). Our home was left spotless and tidy. The daily updates were a highlight—multiple photos and messages each day showing Apollo happily running in the yard, playing indoors, getting tons of cuddles, and smiling with his chompers lol. Seeing how content and loved he was allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our family vacation without a single worry! When our flight was unexpectedly canceled and rescheduled (leaving us stuck in airports for an extra 30 hours), Carissa immediately and graciously agreed to stay an additional night. Knowing Apollo was in such capable, caring hands made a stressful travel day, much easier. Carissa's professionalism, genuine love for dogs, and thoughtful attention to detail made our trip better than we could have hoped. We've never felt more comfortable or at peace leaving our senior pup with anyone else. She is now our first and only choice for future sittings! Thank you, Carissa—you're phenomenal! ♥️”

About: I grew up and still live on a farm. I have kept dogs, cats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, etc. throughout my life. I will care for your animals as if they were my own. I work from home and know how frustrating it can be to worry about your pets while on vacation. I will send photos and videos of your fur family while you're away so you can stay in touch while you're away. My preference is to care for your fur family in a comfortable environment, their normal home. I am happy to host your fur family in my home, but I already have 2 small dogs, so I think they would be more comfortable if I came to them.

About: I have been caring for animals my entire life, with experience ranging from dogs, cats, and rabbits to ferrets, birds, hamsters, and all kinds of farm animals. I also grew up maintaining a 400-gallon fish tank that included a wide variety of fish and even small freshwater sharks, giving me a strong understanding of aquatic care. I genuinely love animals of all kinds and enjoy getting to know their individual personalities, routines, and needs. I believe every pet is unique, and I take the time to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I have raised two very active 100+ lb German Shepherd/Lab mixes since they were puppies, so I am confident handling large, high-energy dogs. Despite my size, I am fully capable of managing and guiding strong animals safely and effectively. I am happy to assist with all aspects of pet care, including long walks, feeding, bathing, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and affection. I am also comfortable caring for pets of all ages and administering medications when needed (with prior instructions). Additionally, I have long-term experience(10+ years) caring for a Bengal cat with Feline Lower Urinary Tract Disease (FLUTD), which has given me hands-on experience with specialized care and medication routines. I am currently a student at Central Michigan University and work part-time with a flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to your pets. I am available for both daytime visits and overnight stays in your home. I strongly believe pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment, and I strive to maintain their routine while providing consistent care and companionship. About: I’ve had the joy of owning cats and dogs for many many years. I have owned several varieties. I have also had the joy of taking care of other peoples pets. I currently work part-time and I can fit pet Care into my daily and or weekly routine with ease. I am available for more hours in the summer. I tend to care for others pets in their home or walking. I do have my own pets and I know it’s not best to introduce unknown animals.

About: I have been taking care of cats and dogs for at least 20 years. I love each as if they were my own. I also love turtles, and frogs but don’t have much experience with them. ❤️🐸❤️ I can do dog walking, and any other daily drop ins you may need. My schedule is very open for any house/pet sitting you may need also. I’d like this to be what I do for a career. I am willing to stay with your pet in your home and to walk your dogs in their favorite places. I want them to feel at home and comfortable.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10 and I am veterinary technician with a year of experience and I’m planning on getting my license in the fall! I also have some training experience and I have a pittie at home with some behavioral issues so I’m no stranger to difficult dogs! I do work a full time job at a vet clinic but I am available over nights, some weekdays and weekends to either stay with your fur baby or just stop in to let them out and feed them! I unfortunately cannot have dogs come to my house, but I am respectful and cleanly! I don’t mind staying at your house with your dog, cat, or any other animal you may have! I am great at reading animal body language and sticking to your animas routine! Your babies needs will all be met and more with me watching them!

About: No matter if your pet is big or small I will love them with all of my heart and spoil them. I believe pets need extra attention when their families are away so they don’t feel left behind. I work during the week but on the weekends I’d love to help you with your pet so you can take that weekend getaway you deserve! I’m a huge animal lover and this is honestly a great opportunity for me to get to love on as many animals as possible. I am very careful when opening outside doors to ensure everyone stays safe. I always triple check fences and keep an eye out for any potential risks.

Whether your dog is high-energy, a little nervous around new people, or just needs a steady routine, I adjust to what they need rather than running a one-size-fits-all walk. You can expect clear communication before and after every visit, so you always know exactly how things went. My schedule is flexible throughout the day, so dog walking isn't squeezed into a narrow window — it's a real part of my daily routine. That means I can offer consistent mid-morning, afternoon, or early evening walks, and I'm also able to accommodate last-minute requests or changes in timing without it being a scramble. If your schedule shifts week to week, I can usually adjust to match it. Safety is the first thing I think about with every walk. When I arrive, I double-check that all doors and gates are secure before I bring your dog out, and I make sure the leash and collar or harness are properly fitted before we leave — no slipping out mid-walk. I stick to routes I know well, avoid off-leash areas unless specifically asked, and keep a close eye on other dogs, traffic, and anything that could startle or spook your dog. I always carry water on hot days and adjust the pace or length of the walk based on weather and how your dog is doing that day. Before I leave, I make sure your home is exactly as I found it — doors locked, lights as they were, nothing out of place. If anything ever comes up during a walk, you'll hear from me right away, not after the fact.

About: I worked at rescue from 14-16, consistently walking dogs and cleaning cat rooms. I also volunteered at the humane society and UPaws as a dog walker for a period of time. Along with that I have house sat for numerous individuals over the years for dogs and cats! *PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WEEKDAYS I CAN ONLY WORK 6-10* I work a full time job, but it is my goal to set aside time that you may not have to dedicate to your animals. Not only am I motivated to get my steps in, but also get your dog’s steps in too! It is crucial to provide a clean and safe environment for my animals or animals I am watching. Not only do I respect the wishes of my clients but also make time spent fulfilling and enriching for the family pet!
