About: I grew up with dogs and I have owned a dog for 40+years. I raised German Shepard and Pitbulls. Sadly, I lost both my Pitbulls last year. I love to walk dogs and snuggle as well. I am a retired teacher. I am trustworthy and understand the importance of loving and caring for all dogs. I am retired so I have flexibility. I am very busy with my grandchildren, but again, I am flexible. I will keep pets over night. I live in a condo and the community welcomes pets and there are all kinds of breeds. About: I have a very dog and cat friendly place to call home. Most days I am outside working around the property and the dogs are out with us. I’ve raised our dogs from 8 weeks old and the Labs are obedience trained and have taken their Canine Good Citizen class to hopefully be Therapy dogs soon. Our Pug is the youngest and raised by the Labs and of course, me. In the evenings it’s relax in the chair time. The dogs love to snuggle up and just nap after playing outside. I make my own work schedule and am able to fit work around pets. Usually only leaving the dogs for an errand run here and there. I go outside with all dogs and walk them on the property. I feed 2 times a day plus a snack or whatever is necessary for any visiting pet along with fresh water at all times. All pets have free range of the house day and night unless otherwise requested. I have an outdoor kennel for nice days if they need to be outside for a little while.
About: - I've grown up with three dogs and have trained all of them from their puppy ages - I can help administer medication whether it's in pill or liquid form - I can help take care pets with illness that need more attention and special care I'm currently working from home Tuesdays - Fridays and have the space to watch your fur baby while you're out. I know from personal experience how hard it can be to leave your pet at home all day so I would like to help others feel comfortable about leaving their pet to go to work or vacation! As for a pet friendly environment, I have a fenced in dog park at my apartment complex that I can take your fur baby to. There are also long walking trails near me I can take them on.
