“Brianne did a great job with our cat! She managed his oral medication well and made sure he gets all love and care he needs💛 I would definitely recommend her as a sitter!”

About: I’ve been taking care of animals for four years now, I began in my own neighborhood, and then ventured out to helping others in need of animal care. I love it and I am extremely flexible when it comes to caring for your pets! I currently work very early mornings at my job, which leads me to be out around noon. I am available everyday, and love snuggling, playing, and walks with any furry friend! I care for your pets in the way that best suits your needs. I typically will cater differently to everyone, some animals are older and don’t want to go on walks, some need to burn energy all day long! It’s completely up to you how your animal is cared for.
About: Love pets more than people 🤣 lol Seriously tho, your pets will get all the love they want! I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life! Cats are by far my fave, but dogs are a close second! Other species will need to be discussed on a case by case basis 🤪 My days are relatively open, so whether you need someone to just check in on your pet, take them out for a potty break, take them on a walk, or even hang out for a few hours, I can probably help 🙂 I’m happy to play games with your pets (or not, if that’s what your pet prefers 😆). I’m also open to boarding - either in my home or yours. I’m open to administering oral meds as needed. I am self employed and therefore able to cater to specific schedules for potty breaks and/or medication as needed. If your pet likes company, I’m happy to hang out with them for awhile. Whether you just need me to stop by your home to check in on your pets or feed and water them, or if you’re away on vacation, I’m happy to help 😊
“Sarah was fabulous! I needed her last minute and she was more than willing! She kept me posted on every walk and I didn’t have worry about Marley at all! I would recommend her for any of your pet needs! Thanks Sarah!!”

“Shannon was excellent with my 2 chihuahuas and my 1 cat while we were out of town. She took care of all their special needs and I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. I would definitely book her again when I have to go out of town.”

“Christine was very nice to watch our cat so last minute due to an urgent family matter we had to travel out of state for. She followed the directions & showed up when she needed to. Thank you!”

“Kendall was the best!! She was so responsive and communicative. I felt like my girls were in the best hands while I was gone. I will definitely be utilizing her again in the future and recommend her to anyone who is looking for excellent care. She was such a gem and invaluable to us while we were on vacation!!”

“Holly did an excellent job caring for our two cats & communicating with us during our time away from. We enjoyed seeing the photos of our cats she sent while we were away. We highly recommend her and hope to use her again ourselves in the future.”

“Jessica was an amazing cat sitter! She was very attentive to the cats; Cinnamon loved her so much. She sent pictures of our cats and left report cards after each visit. We also really appreciated her quickly informing us that we had an ant problem. Thanks to her, we were able to address the issue while we were away. Thank you!”

About: I’ve owned animals most of my life but recently started traveling full time and have been house/pet sitting around the US since October 2025. It’s been amazing getting to know and spend time with so many different pets along the way! I travel full time so wherever I’m at, my schedule can be very flexible to allow for the best routine for your pets! I am available for overnight sits, daytime care, walks, drop-ins and adventure walks. Since I travel full time, pet care will need to be done in the clients home. I have many references from others I’ve sat for stating that I’m respectful of your home, taking care of your belongings and your animals, giving you peace of mind while you’re away.
About: I have experience with many breeds and ages. I come from a long line of dog lovers and currently have 4 fur babies myself. I have been a dog sitter for many friends and family and look forward to assisting with your pet care needs! I work from home part time for a local real estate business. Due to this my schedule is pretty flexible and I can accommodate most schedules I would be able to come over feed and water and let out to potty or take your pet for a walk and give them lots of cuddles and attention.
“Sarah did an amazing job in caring for our two cats during two separate trips—one for a week and another for two weeks. Her daily messages and photos kept us well informed. We’re thrilled with the care she provided and would happily work with her again!”

About: I’ve always had at least one pet within my household; I currently two shihtzu’s, one chihuahua x pug mix, and one great dane, as well as a siamese cat and ball python snake! I love caring for my pets, and I’d love to help you guys feel at ease that your pet is safe and happy while you’re out and about! I’m finishing up my Senior year of high school, and I only have two class blocks, so I’m unable to help out in the mornings on school days. Additionally, I do have a scheduled job, so based off of what time I’d need to be at work on what given day would determine factors too - just be sure to ask me in advance! Dogs: I make sure they have good healthy food, eat in the morning and eat at night , for my smaller dogs i feed them in the afternoon as well. Let them out multiple times a day, routinely morning and night. Cats: Feed every morning and night, let her go outside for the afternoon to get some outside time, and make sure she’s back by dark to sleep in the house.
About: I’ve been pet sitting since I was 12 years old for dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds. Whether it’s a new puppy or an old loved dog, I love caring for dogs. I don’t have my own dogs, so I love getting my dog love from pet sitting! I work as a youth director at a church so while I am full time, I do have a flexible schedule to let dogs out. I am off on Fridays so weekends are ideal times. I make sure the environment is clear for dogs and they cannot access any unsafe objects. Space for relaxing and your dog’s toys is always open. Dogs are welcome to be as close to me as they’d like and I make sure they follow not only my rules, but your rules as well.
About: Hi there, I grew up in a small mountain town in Colorado on the Western Slope called Montrose. I had the privilege of having a golden retriever whom I adored!! I was always surrounded by dogs growing up, so many dog lovers in the family. I'm currently CPR, CNA, EMT and First Aid certified. I have a passion for taking care of people or this case pets, with helping in any way possible! While of course having as much fun as possible along the way. I would like to establish a relationship with your family so we can have familiarity on both sides. With the hopes of being a long term dog sitter for your family. Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.
House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.
Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.
If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Fountain Inn. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
