About: Hi! I’m Leah:) I’m a current cat mama, and a previous large and small dog owner, who loves all kinds of pets. I was able to grow up on a farm and during that time I bred AKC registered German shepherd puppies with a family member. I have been working with all kinds of animals for multiple years and am able to work well with pets of all ages and breeds. I have been to a dog training course and would love to share my love with your sweet furry friend. I will try to accommodate their typical day with you and will work towards making them feel comfortable and loved. Can’t wait to meet new furry friends! :) I work three days out of the week in the counseling field, so I have four days where I can be dedicated to your precious pup or kitten! I have plenty of time during those four days, so I am able to provide plenty of play time, potty breaks, and walks. If your pet comes to stay with me, then I live in a gated community and have a security camera in my home to insure pet safety. I live in a highly populated dog park area with lots of places to take your pet! I grew up on a farm, so I am prepared to take care of any kind of pet in your home and love play time! I also love to send you photos and videos of your fur baby if you ask. :)

I have spent years fostering for my local shelter and rescues both local and aboard. I have had to give medicine and take care of dogs that were heartworm positive and had to endure treatment before leaving for their rescue. I have a pretty flexible and open availability. This allows me to remain in your home with your pet the entire duration of the stay. As the owner of four furry friends, I prioritize their daily walks on their favorite leashes. They enjoy exploring our property with its multiple ponds while being safely secured in case an unexpected critter, or any other danger appears.

About: In this house, pets are treated like family members. They get all the love, attention, and snuggles (of course) that they deserve. Experience includes puppy and senior care. Over the summer months, I’m not working allowing for open flexibility to tend to pet needs. During school months, I work from home with ample breaks and opportunities for frequent walks and attention. Dogs are always walked on leashes. There are plenty of grassy areas within my complex for walking with a dog park included. I provide particular and full attention to the pets needs and meet the desires established by the owner. I go over and beyond in showering love/attention and ensuring safety.

About: As kids we raised Labs and I've always had at least one dog and several cats as an adult. We have 3 children that love animals so we have always sat and visited for family and friends. I work full time and I'm home in the evenings by 6. We have 3 children ranging in age from 12-18, our dog Emily and 2 cats, Ashley and Cooper. We have a large yard with a privacy fence. Emily stays outside during the day and sleeps in the house at night. Your pup would be welcomed to do the same. I also have a large crate for crate trained dogs. In the back yard we have a large porch attached to the garage so they have plenty of shade. I take Emily for a walk every night after work for about an hour. So your pup will be welcome to join us if you wish. Emily also sleeps in the house at night and we can accommodate your fur baby as well.

Growing up I had a dog and a cat and in my adult life I’ve had 2 cats at the same time almost always. I lived with 3 shitzus along with my 2 cats and helped walk, feed, and play with them. I’ve also helped my best friend walk her pit bull while she was pregnant. She was the biggest dog I’ve walked and it took some getting used to her strength! I usually walk smaller dogs but I love all kinds of dogs big or small. In my spare time I like to craft, in particular crocheting and sewing. If you are looking for a sitter, whether your furry friend needs a playful walk or a quiet companion to sit nearby while I work on my latest craft, I am happy to provide a peaceful environment tailored to their needs. I specialize in senior care and those in need of medical needs. Having personally managed the care and medication administration of my own elderly cat, I understand the extra layer of trust required when leaving a senior pet behind. I currently work full time in retail so my schedule isn’t very consistent but I get my schedule 2 weeks in advance so I can update you on my availability. If I know of jobs in advance I can request for time off or certain days off if there’s a specific time or day you need me to take care of your furry friend. My boss is pretty good at working around schedules. In my spare time, I like to do crafts such as crochet and sewing. If I’m sitting for you, I would be happy to sit with your pet while I work on a craft if you’re ok with it. I live in a small apartment so I wouldn’t be able to bring animals home but I’m available for at home sitting. I would respect your home and follow any rules and guidelines that you set up. I understand the importance of taking the absolute greatest care of someone’s fur baby and respecting the guidelines set to take care of their homes while they are away. About me: I’m currently a stay-at-home mom who chose not to go back to a full time position, as I need a break from nearly 20 years in Corporate Marketing. My love for animals and staying active throughout the day has led me to Rover. I’ve raised dogs and cats all of my adult life. From kittens, puppies, Pekingese, Pugs, to 95 pound Boxers, you name it, and I’ve probably raised it! I’m an active individual, so I love to be “out and about” and enjoy walks - I can do it all while you are away. If you need help with puppy training, or a kitten house check while you’re at work, I will make sure their needs are met and provide companionship. Aside from animals, I love gardening and decorating my home, so I have many projects on my hands to keep me busy through the day. I have a wonderful husband and a 7-year-old who fills my weekends with joy! If you need housesitting, (watering plants, etc.), while you’re away, I will help and will not charge any fees. You can consider me your “house sitter” the next time you go away! As a stay-at-home mom, my son is in 1st grade the majority of the day. I am available pretty much all day and into the evening hours. My days are routine and structured, so I would take the same approach with your pets. Unfortunately, I cannot sit overnight. Making sure your pets have their needs met is my first priority. This includes feeding, walking, and companionship to keep them happy when you’re not around.
