“I highly recommend Crystal to any dog owner looking for someone trustworthy and caring. My Siberian husky, X, is very energetic and has a mind of his own off leash, so leaving him with anyone is always a little nerve-wracking for me. Crystal was incredibly attentive and patient with him, taking the time to ensure he could play safely with other dogs while keeping a close eye on him. She was flexible when I needed to extend his stay due to an unforeseen family situation, which eased a lot of my anxiety. What impressed me most was how well Crystal communicated — she asked thoughtful questions to understand X’s needs and kept me updated regularly with pictures and videos. Knowing she cared so much made leaving my “escape artist” baby much easier. I feel extremely confident recommending Crystal to anyone who wants their dog to be loved and well cared for.”
