About: I grew up in a family that loved animals and I've had pets my entire life. I know how hard it is to work long hours or be away from home without them. I have spent the last 18 years working with dogs and cats. I have managed a doggie daycare and boarding facility and worked for a humane society as a community outreach manager and volunteer coordinator. Besides loving on all the pets, I spent my time there teaching animal safety to children and providing basic animal care and dog handling lessons to volunteers. I have fostered puppies and helped feed and care for cats and dogs awaiting adoption. I am pet CPR and first aid certified. I helped socialize shelter dogs by taking them out for walks, car rides, pup cups and patio time at Starbucks. I have always been the friend you call when you need a pet sitter or help with something pet related. I have two dogs and two cats of my own and they bring so much joy to my life! I love being in the company of pets and would love to spend time with yours. I work full-time Monday - Friday and have a hybrid work schedule. I work from home two days per week which gives me more flexibility to care for your pets. I am available before and after work and mid-day during the week and have more availability on the weekends. I have a lot of experience caring for my own pets, foster dogs, and pet sitting for family and friends. My own dogs do best with having a daily routine, so I tend to keep the same schedule for feeding, medication, walks and bedtime. I will do the same for your pets. About: People have always told me that I am comparable caring even to pets. They deserve every bit of kindness just like people! A safe and reliable environment at your home! I am able to walk and feed the animals before I go to work and after I come home. As well as having off on Monday& Tuesdays. Becky followed the guidelines suggested for being a new person for my dog. During her housesitting stay, she sent me regular updates which included pictures. About: I am available all day every week and weekend. I am a very big dog lover and am kind hearted. I enjoy being outside and love being with furry friends. I am recently unemployed. I have had a lot of experience with dogs and grew up with multiple puppies. I lost a large amount of weight in Highschool from walking with my family dog twice everyday, throughout the summer and fall seasons. About: I LOVE dogs and cats! Growing up, my family always had big dogs and fluffy cats around the house; so throughout my life I have gained experience caring for puppies all the way up to seniors. I adore dogs of all sizes, but big dogs will always have a special place in my heart. We owned a Rottie/Lab mix, a Great Dane, an English Mastiff, Boxer, and various Doodle breeds. We also had 3 Ragdoll cats. I currently have 3 Domestic Short and Long haired cats of my own with my fiancé and I love them dearly; but I really miss having a dog around the house. Helping people care for pets on Wag seemed like the perfect way to help me hang with pups! I frequently assist my friends and family with pet sitting, dog walking, and caring for their animals while they are away. Outside of animals, I work for The Department of State as a Legal Assistant and sit for 8 hours a day at a desk. Taking a dog on a nice walk or having a play session with pets sounds like a very pleasant way for me spend my time after sitting in an office all day. I also love to read, cook/bake, do yoga, play video games, and play softball on my women’s community team! I’m currently working a full time office job from 7:30am to 4:00pm, so I can be available on weekdays any time after 4:30pm or early in the morning . I can be available anytime on weekends with enough notice to plan. As much as I would love to help people board their pets, I can’t given the size of my apartment. My home is just for me and my cats :)
