I have recently lost the last of my childhood pets and am looking to spread my love elsewhere among others! I am CPR certified and know how to perform animal CPR if necessary. I have been raising and loving animals since I was 5 raising dogs, cats, and goats from birth. I am an active person and will be capable of long walks, hikes, bike rides, running, etc. I understand the need for attention/engagement, affection, and activity required to keep animals healthy. Understanding that each animal may require different food and medications I will never feed an animal against directions received, and I have learned to expertly conceal medication when necessary. I know how to properly trim nails for both dogs and cats (and goats). I have one dog that has been trained with commands and use them on a daily basis, therefor I understand the importance of commands, such as: how to properly implicate them, rewards for listening, and properly correct misbehavior to said commands as desired or if necessary. I have basic knowledge and understanding of the body language animals give off to have an acute idea of what they are thinking or feeling. I will not hesitate to call or transport an animal to the vet if a problem occurs while doing my absolute best to keep in contact with the owners during the entire ordeal.
