About: I’ve enjoyed taking care of pets and house sitting since 1998. I’ve had multiple pets at one time including cats, dogs, fish, and guinea pigs. I work remotely, with flexible hours. My down time activities include reading, which makes keeping an eye on furry family members easy and fun. I enjoy getting fresh air and walking which most dogs usually enjoy as well. I can work from most anywhere, so there’s no problem fitting right in to your pets familiar environment. I do need a desk to work from and somewhere to sleep if overnight care is requested.
“Kayla housesat my two dogs and did a FABULOUS job. My one dog who is a bit shy took to her immediately, which is quite special. Kayla was communicative, shared tons of photos, and was able to take care of our diabetic dog which requires glucose testing and insulin injections. Thank you for your excellent care, Kayla!!!”

“Rachel was great. We communicated clearly and concisely upfront what care our 2 dogs required and she was candid about her availability. Rachel was responsive and respectful - she stayed in our home and upon return, our home was in same condition as when we left and our pups clearly had been well cared for by Rachel. I would hire her again without hesitation.”

“Sadie is amazing! She took my pet sitting request with short notice and was very easy to work with. She made sure to keep me up to date with detailed messages during her time sitting my kitten and even sent me pictures showing him being comfortable and playful around her. She also went above and beyond and did extra things around the house which I appreciated very much. She’s very respectful and professional. I will definitely request her again for my next pet sitting. Thanks Sadie!”

“We absolutely loved Cassandra as did William. It sounds like they had a marvelous time and Cassandra took really good care of our boy. Highly highly recommended 1000/10.”

On days I work from home, I am available for your pets over lunch hours for potty breaks, walks or just for some extra attention. I am also free most weekends where I can dedicate all my time with your pets. I am also happy to house sit overnight with your pets during the weekdays if needed, depending on location to Harrisburg. About: I’ve owned pets my entire life, and then when I went off to college I volunteered at an animal shelter for all four years. Working with animals is something that I love doing with a passion. I’m the go-to pet sitter for all friends and family. I’m currently working a part time job and have a very flexible schedule. This gives plenty of time to focus on your pets, and their needs. I typically prefer to take care of pets in their own home where they already feel comfortable and safe. It’s important for me to try and follow their typical routine as closely as possible. I make sure to give them lots of attention because I know the stress of their owners leaving can be a lot.
About: I graduated with my associate in Veterinary technology in 2022. I have taken care of and worked with all breeds of dogs and cats. I’ll give all of them the same love as I give my own. I am currently working full time at FedEx. Depending on your animals schedules and your requirements I will feed them and walk them bright and early make sure they got all the early morning energy out before I’d need to head out to work. Will clean up any mess if any was made in the process. After work I will go straight to check on the animal and do the same as in the morning feed, walk and play. If your pet is taking medication I will make sure to give it the right amount and at the right time. If you don’t have a fenced in yard I will also make sure I leash them can never be too safe.
“Mallory did a great job. Everyone seemed to be in great shape when we got home. The house was in order. No pictures were sent. However, we were on a ship and had little or no internet service. So, we had no complaints. Would hire her again.”

I worked as a veterinary technician for 6 years including school, most of which was in Maine. I no longer work as a technician but still love to fill my time with taking care of people's pets. I currently have a pretty open schedule. The only reason I would not be able to do certain days would be due to medical appointments or family obligations. When I care for your pet I will be able to spend as much time playing, walking, relaxing. Whatever you and they may want or need. I am able to give medication including insulin and fluids.
“Pirate can be a very picky and stubborn indoor/outdoor cat. I used several cat sitters that were not able to form a bond with him. Amanda DID!!! She took such good care of our kitty while we were on vacation. It was so obvious Pirate loved her!!!! She provided pictures every night to let us know he was safe from the rural nights 😊 I felt totally at ease and was able to fully trust Amanda… and enjoy our vacation. We will definitely book her again. Thank you Amanda!”

Kari was amazing! We were extremely nervous to leave our 4 dogs for a week. Kari came over twice to meet the dogs prior to our trip. During our trip she kept us up to date the entire time which put a lot of stress at ease and we knew they were in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone! We will be using her again in the future.
Sandy was absolutely awesome with our senior dog, Horace! He’s absolutely bereft without company and in every photo she sent us he looked calm & comfortable. Appreciate her going the extra mile while staying in our apartment, Horace was much less stressed than he usually is when we have to leave him for a period of time. Thank you, Sandy!
