My dog, Zoey, is a 2-year-old puppy that I got at 12 weeks old, so my puppy training skills are fresh! I also have 2 cats, Archie and Theo, who are brother cats from the same litter. I've had them since they were kittens. Zoey grew up with the cats, so she is well trained with cats and she is very well behaved. Zoey and the cats get along with other animals very well. They are sweet, loving pets that play together and nap side-by-side. I work from home full time, so I am always at the house. I am very flexible to whatever your pet's routine is. Whatever they need, I can incorporate it into my day. At booking, I will provide a questionnaire and you can advise me of any needs or requests for your pet's routine, and I will make their routine a part of mine! In my home, I provide pets with several comfortable areas for them to lounge and sleep in, with bedding and blankets. I also provide several toys and chew toys that are usually left out for them to play with (unless requested not to). Meals are kept on schedule and any mediation or vitamins are administered on-time. Water is always filtered and clean, changed daily (or use a continuous running system). Safety is my top priority. I want to ensure that your pet has a safe and relaxing time during their stay, I will provide a separate room for your animal if needed or requested, with their own bedding and play-area. I have several rooms in the house that are not used, so I keep this space reserved for your pets. I will collect your vet information at booking and take your pet to their vet if necessary; I also am a member of the local Dauphin County Animal Hospital, which I can use if needed for emergencies. I will maintain communication with you and check-in daily with photos; I am also open to take any inquiries, if you would like to check-in on your pets.

About: I have always loved dogs. In 2021, I adopted a German shepherd and joined a training group. Practicing and training with my own dog every day led to me developing a passion for walking and working with dogs. Since then, I have walked many dogs, including structured walks where we practice heel, sit, place, and other basic commands. I also have experience assisting my trainer with client lessons and dog sat overnight for a home with multiple dogs. I have experience with large dogs, and could also help them to practice walking nicely on a leash. I have worked with and walked small, medium, and large dogs, and even a very large dog. I truly care that dogs get enough mental and physical stimulation so that they can live their happiest lives. Even in rainy weather, I enjoy taking out my dog. I’d love to help more dogs get more walks and sniffs in! I have also dropped in to care for friends’ cats and am comfortable providing cat care drop ins as well. I have a fresh water aquarium at home and could feed fish too! I am a freelance writer with a flexible schedule. Currently, I prefer to walk dogs during the day or in the afternoon, but I could work with other times. I would be available to walk dogs or drop in Mondays through Fridays and some Saturdays. I’m willing to work with you! I am very respectful of others’ homes and their rules for their pets. When pet sitting in the past, I have used a lock box to access a key and returned the key to the box upon leaving the home. I am also familiar with crate training and can follow instructions for how you’d like your dog to be greeted and let out. I am able to drop in to let your dog out to the bathroom, either in your fenced in yard or on a leash. I am also available for walks, taking dogs to the park, playing, or practicing training.

About: I’ve had pets since I was 5. I’ve always been in charge of their wellbeing. I currently have 4 pets so handling a couple more fur babies isn’t a problem for me. Either they’re big or small. I’ll treat them as my own. I currently am not working so I will be with your fur baby 24/7. I am very strict with feeding times, potty breaks and play time. I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room to run. I also live a block away from the park so a nice walk would be able to happen as well. My family has a total of 4 cats and three dogs but not to worry all dogs are very friendly and I will be there at all times during interaction if anything where to happen. About: I’m Alex and I currently have one pitbull so I am A 24/7 dog mom! I love hiking and being out in nature. I have a high energy personality that is perfect for wearing any pup out. Growing up my parents owned dogs of all sizes and personalities (Dalmatian, Akitas, border collie, and jack russel) I love the Lower Allen dog park and would gladly take any dogs there with permission! My previous rescue pit had an abusive past which sadly caused some behavioral issues. Due to that I am more than comfortable watching any dogs that may be a little rough around the edges. I have no problem giving any daily medication needed. I’m just a fun loving dog owner who would love to give your dog wonderful care and attention! I am a stay at home mom so my days are pretty open. I also have access to flexible free child care through grandparents so I don’t have to have my child with me during any dog visits or stays. This allows me to be able to work with your needs! I’m available for caring overnight in your home where your pup is most comfortable! Lots of attention and if they’re allowed in the bed or on the couch they’ll be right there next to me. I am not currently available to be hosting animals at my own home.
