1. Melinda C.

“As a pet parent to a very shy and timid cat, I was anxious about leaving her while we were away. However, Melinda was absolutely wonderful. She respected our cat’s need for space and never forced interaction. Despite our cat hiding the entire time during her visits, she diligently followed all care instructions ensuring food, water, and litter were perfect and sent daily updates and photos to put our mind at ease. If you have a nervous or reserved pet, she’s the perfect sitter! Thank you Melinda for your calm, attentive care and for giving us peace of mind. I’ll definitely be reaching out again in the future!”

“This was our second booking with Jill. My family and I are so grateful to have found her. She is mature, responsible and loves what she does. Jill has become friends with both of my cats, which says a lot because one of them is extremely anxious around visitors. Jill is also a terrific communicator. I am able to relax knowing that I will get a detailed Rover Card with pictures and comments after each visit. We will definitely book with Jill again.”

16. Emily R.
About: I've had pets basically my entire life. We've had cats, dogs, birds, fish, a rat, and snakes! I miss being around cats SO much, as ours unfortunately passed away. They are my favorite animals in the whole world, I feel as if they are the animals I can most connect with. I have taken care of my friends' cat when she has had to go on trips. When my family goes on trips, I take care of our pets (currently 3 dogs, 1 parrot, 2 bunnies, and 6 fish). I'm currently working part-time, just two days a week and school barely occupies my schedule. If I got the opportunity to leave the house with the purpose of hanging out with cats, I would drop EVERYTHING just to do so! Your feline friends are safe with me.💗🐱 I'd make sure your kitties are safe and comfortable, making sure to see if they're bothered in any way (ex. airplane ears, wagging tail, fur pointed upwards, hissing, upset meowing, etc). I understand cats are one of the few animals who set their own boundaries with humans. Some may not know how they set those boundaries but it's just according to their body language and apparent willingness to hang out with you! This will 100% come into play when cat-sitting, as it's a very important aspect to understanding their unique personalities.

17. Jaclyn W.
“Jaclyn is one of the most kind and caring souls you’ll meet! She is fantastic with animals and treats each one of them as if they are her own. My two senior dogs love spending time with her, especially. Sometimes I think they are disappointed when they see me coming to take them home! Couldn’t recommend a better person to take care of your fur baby!”

18. Mikey C.

“Mikey was amazing! He took care of our cats for a week. He kept us informed of everything that happened and sent me a picture everyday. He also took care of small trees we are growing to create a mini forest and they all look great! He even put one package that arrived inside the house and checked that my new dripline was working properly and my other plants were fine. We live in a ranch and nature for us is also a big concern when we leave so it was great to find someone like him to make sure everything survived this hot summer. Definitely will call him next we leave.”

19. Sarah M.
“I really appreciate Sarah as a pet caregiver on Rover.com. My dog, Ziggy, lights up with joy whenever she looks after him during my trips and remembers her by name. Sarah's genuine love and exceptional care for Ziggy have brought me immense peace of mind when I am not at home. She not only follows instructions meticulously but also goes the extra mile to ensure his happiness and well-being. I wholeheartedly recommend Sarah to anyone seeking a responsible and loving pet caregiver.”

20. Annie K.

“Annie is AMAZING! She made our trip so relaxing, we didnt have to worry about felix for a minute. She sent us pictures during every drop-in visit, and he looked like he was having a blast, playing and hanging out with her. She was obviously very patient with him, since he is a newly rescued veryy skitish kitten, and she managed to gain his trust in two days. We are so happy we found her, she will def be our 1st choice for future services.”
