Play, Walk, Sit – I Do It All!

As the founder of Woof Workouts, the FIRST & ONLY mobile dog gym, I’ve turned my passion into a full-time mission: helping dogs stay healthy, happy, and active — even when their humans are busy or the weather isn’t ideal. What sets me apart from other sitters is my story. After losing 250 pounds by committing to daily movement, I realized dogs need the same love, structure, and exercise we do. That’s why I go beyond basic pet sitting — I focus on your dog’s routine, energy needs, and emotional wellbeing. Whether I’m doing drop-ins, boarding, walks, or workout runs, I prioritize consistency, trust, and play. I follow your dog’s schedule, stick to their feeding and sleep routines, and keep them moving with personalized, fun activities. With me, your pup isn’t just being watched — they’re thriving.

House Sitting • Jun 15, 2026

Alyssa did a great job watching our dogs at our house while we were away. You can tell they were well cared for and happy when we got home. She sent at least one update a day with pictures. Will definitely use her again in the future.

I was new to using Rover and had an overall wonderful first experience with Alyssa. She treated my dog well and I could tell by the photos that my dog was in good hands and also enjoyed her stay.

Alyssa took absolutely amazing care of our Ollie while we were away. From the moment we met her, we could tell how genuinely caring, attentive, and responsible she is. Ollie was so happy, comfortable, and well loved the entire stay, and she kept us updated which gave us so much peace of mind. You can truly tell she treats the dogs she watches like her own. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and that means everything to us. We would trust her again and again without hesitation and cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much, Alyssa!

Schedule

I’m already working with dogs every day through Woof Workouts, my mobile dog gym. My days are centered around pet care — walking, exercising, and engaging with dogs all across the area — so adding Rover clients into my routine is a natural extension of what I already love and do. Whether it’s early morning walks, mid-day drop-ins, or evening play sessions, I have the flexibility to incorporate Rover visits between scheduled Woof Workout sessions. It also allows me to help more pet parents who may not need a full workout, but still want their dog to get reliable, loving care while they’re away.

Safety, trust & environment

When it comes to caring for someone else’s dog (and home), I take the responsibility seriously. As a full-time pet professional and owner of Woof Workouts, I’ve built my entire business around trust, communication, and exceptional care. I show up on time, follow every instruction down to the smallest detail, and treat your dog — and your space — with the utmost respect. I keep your pet’s routine consistent, their environment clean, and their emotional needs met. I also provide regular updates, photos, and peace of mind while you’re away.

A typical day

When I’m babysitting your pup, it’s never just “watching” them — it’s about giving them a fun, active, and loving experience while you’re away! I tailor each visit to your dog’s energy level, personality, and routine to make sure they feel happy, stimulated, and cared for. Some of the activities I do with dogs include: • Interactive play like fetch, tug-of-war, or puzzle toys • Gentle training games to engage their minds and reinforce good habits • Sniff walks and shaded strolls when weather permits • Cuddle time and belly rubs for the more relaxed pups • Cooling off in my mobile dog gym van if it’s too hot to be outside Yes — I bring my Woof Workouts van to every booking when needed! It’s a climate-controlled space designed for movement, enrichment, and comfort, so your dog can stay active even during heat waves.
