“My pup has never stayed with anyone other than family. From all of the pictures and updates he had the best time! It was such a relief to know he was happy while I was gone.”

“Ed and Amy are pleasant and attentive to their pet guests. Plus, they are very good about making sure animals get bathroom breaks and exercise. In addition, Gunner’s warm demeanor always makes people feel welcome.”

About: My husband and I have owned multiple dogs, mostly two at a time, since we've been married, 38 years now. Two of which were rescue dogs and one of those two I actually rehabbed to be comfortable around other people and dogs. My daughter, Shannon, is also a Rover Sitter ("Shannon's Doggie Flop Pad"), and occasionally she has needed me to dog sit for her because of high demand. I really enjoyed the dogs I watched and my pups had a great time playing with them, so I decided to become a Rover Sitter myself! Shannon and I have been referring each other ever since. During your dogs stay, they will be loved and cared for as if they were my own. Our big, completely fenced-in, backyard lets the dogs run, play and explore as much as they'd like. I can also take your dogs for walks if that is part of their daily routine. No need to bring toys, we have toys galore. Unless, they have a favorite they can't be without. Taking care of your pets is my first priority! I am home most days all day, if not me, my husband works from home full time and is my partner in caring for the dogs. I do work very part time outside the home, a few days a month, I’m never gone for more than 3 hours at a time. I have a fully fenced in back yard for your pet’s safety. I will care for your pet or pets as if they were my own in my home, giving them lots of love and attention. I do have one small dog of my own who gets along well with all dogs and will be excited to meet yours and to keep your fury friend company.
“Kacie was just great with our pup! Even though this was our first visit, they bonded quickly and I knew he was going to have a fun day. Walks, play date with another pup and a trip to the dog park - all things wonderful for an eager playful pup. I walked away as he walked in the house with Kacie. He was happy when I picked him up - perfect day in every way. Highly recommend Kacie - your pup will be in great hands. Plus, she’s so nice and super friendly!!”

“Whitney is an excellent care provider for my fur baby! My girl suffers from separation anxiety and I needed someone she could hang out with when I was at work and my family was out of town. All I can say is this was the first time my baby was actually excited to leave me and stay with someone! She wagged her tail and easily went to Whittney when I dropped her off. Always came back to me happy and relaxed. Whittney was great sending me lots of pictures and she regularly took her for a walk. Plus, Whittney is so sweet herself, I want to be her friend!”

“I have used Michelle for both of my dogs, yesterday was her first time watching my 3 month old yorkie & she did a wonderful job. She made sure he was comfortable because he was afraid at first. I really appreciate Michelle for all of her help. I highly recommend her to anyone needing pet sitting services.”
“Amy was amazing!! Our pups got to watch the bowl game from her front window, play in the backyard, and even got a special treat that she made. We felt very safe leaving them with her and she even had a call with us to make sure she understood the needs of both dogs before we were even in town. She also sent pics throughout the evening to show us how they were doing. We will definitely be reaching out again the next time we are in town!”

“Laura was great with my 5 month old puppy. She was sincere and patient. My puppy did not go to the bathroom on his normal schedule due to the new surrounding, and Laura was patient to take him out often so that he eventually did his business. I felt comfortable to leave Coco with her as she responded to me immediately. I would leave Coco with Laura, if I ever need her service again.”
“Sooo easy to work with her under flexible conditions. My hound is a rescue from a nine-year life of abuse. Celena allowed Miguel and me to do a met and greet ahead of time so that it wouldn’t be a shock for him. He was treated as a visiting family member and enjoyed his stay.”

About: My kids and I joined Rover as a way to teach them responsibility and accountability! We love animals of all kinds and Rover is a great way for us to help others as well as a great way for our family to come together. We love all the animals snuggles and would love to keep your furry babies safe and happy while you’re unable. Full time availability to take care of your furry friends. We can walk, stop in to feed and spend overnight time to make sure they get all the love they need. My family has a large backyard that is fenced in to host your pets! We also have several very close dog parks in the area for some exercise and fun.
“Dana was great. We needed someone close to my sister's house while we celebrated an early Christmas, and she was able to help us out. We will definitely use her again when we are in town.”

“Andy was terrific from the start of the booking until we picked up Cali. He communicated well and was very accommodating. We lived the pictures he sent and it was so nice to know that Cali was so well taken care of while we enjoyed a day at the Annapolis Boat Show. We would definitely entrust the care of our fur baby to him again!”
