“Jamie was great with Ivy! Ivy is a reactive cattle dog who can be weird with strangers. Jamie came over for a meet and greet and Ivy was unsure for the first few minutes but was warming up after the about 45 minutes Jamie was here which is a big thing for Ivy!! Before our 10 day vacation we wanted Jamie to come over and see Ivy again. It didn’t work out for an overnight stay but she came and let Ivy out twice while we were away for the day. When we went away for the ten days I was very nervous the first day or two because I have bad anxiety and was afraid that something would go wrong but by the end of the first day I knew Ivy was in good hands! Jamie gave me daily updates and lots of pictures. And one of the nights was the Fourth of July which my dog is terrified of and with the help of some trazadone they were able to get through it! I can’t thank Jamie enough! Thank you for taking care of the lady and giving me piece of mind on my vacation!!!!!”

About: I have always grown up surrounded by dogs of all breeds and cats as well! Personally, my family always had golden retrievers (okay, I have a soft spot). Over the years, I have always watched neighbors or family pets, including my own. I’ve helped manage any illnesses that may have come along with any dog or cat needing medications or special therapy! I have a LOT of experience with puppies and the training/ time that goes into that development as well. I also am active, so spending time and keeping the dogs and cats I watched busy and playful is super important to me. Overall, treating the pets around me like family has always been second nature to me and I hope to bring that quality to you! I will be starting a new sales role 9-5 in downtown Annapolis! With that said, my availability April 1st will move to mornings and evenings - drop ins/ walks. The remainder of March is free for all times of day! I live in an apartment that is not quite the right size for a dog of my own - however, I am excited to be taking up this opportunity through Rover as a way to still hang out with animals whether it be check ins or walking through town. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for years now. From my own to sitting to volunteering at shelters they’ve become such a huge part of my life. I have experience with everything from puppy to old and all types of energy levels and training. I’ll be sure to take care of your dog as my own! Avery stepped up when we really needed her with only a couple of weeks notice for our honeymoon, and stayed for a full 2 weeks watching our two young goldens, including one that’s still a 8 month old puppy. She did an awesome job with them, was a great communicator, and sent tons of good pictures. Don’t know how we would have been able to enjoy our big trip without knowing they were in good hands with her. She also helped out around the house with cleaning, watering plants, pool maintenance, and even dealing with a repairman on a dryer issue that happened right as we were leaving town. Absolutely! Here’s a warm, genuine Rover review: Ally was absolutely wonderful with our dog Daisy! She took care of her for a long weekend and was so sweet, communicative, and attentive throughout her stay. We felt completely comfortable knowing Daisy was in such great hands. To top it off, all of our fire alarms unexpectedly went off while we were away, and Ally handled the situation so calmly and responsibly. We really appreciated how she kept us informed and took care of everything. We would absolutely recommend Ally and would love to have her watch Daisy again!
Lee did another great job caring for our kitty Roxie and house sitting for a week. Lee communicates frequently with updates and pictures and is very responsive before and during the stay. Most importantly, Roxie and Lee bond with each other and it gives us peace of mind that both Roxie and our house are cared for when we are away.
Ezekiel is a wonderful, dependable, & communicative person. We have quite the menagerie at our house and he takes care of our 2 dogs, cat, birds, frogs, gecko & guinea pig as well as our house. Jamie once again did great with the fur babies. I felt so comfortable leaving my reactive cattle dog. She also watched my cat and watered the plants. There was a big storm the night before we came back and a neighbors tree fell in our yard and she sent pictures and told us about the situation. We will use Jamie again in the future!!!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
