Hello! As a college student, the last couple years have been the first time in my life when I didn't have a dog in the house. Growing up, we always had animals, as did my extended family, so not being around them has been kind of a bummer. I really enjoy taking care of animals. The sort of love we give and recieve from them is really special, and very important to me. I've been taking care of the family dogs (and cats!), since I was a preteen. Whenever a relative or friend went on a long trip, or a short one, I would be the they asked to check up on the dogs, stay with them, take care of them. Sometimes that meant staying in the home, other times just visiting throughout the day. I also have experience taking care of older dogs, young puppies, and those with special medical needs. For many years, my family had two dogs Jackson and Billie, who were brother and sister and had the same congenital condition. When they had flare-ups I took care of giving them their medicine and keeping an eye on them. I look forward to helping keep your pets safe, healthy, and happy!
