This was my first time hiring a sitter and I was very pleased with the service.”

About: I take dogs on trails and around the houses for moderate to long walks. I make sure they don’t get bored laying around the house. I like to go to the dog park. I provide affection to dogs. I have experience with big dogs, housesitting, dog sitting, cat sitting. Currently, I have 2 male cats. I had an Alaskan Malamute, Newfoundland, and Boston Terrier so I know that each dog has their own specific needs, but hyper dogs just need more exercise. I need information on how to much to feed them but the rest is mostly just personal information about your dog and cat and how much exercise they need. Thanks. I have a flexible work schedule and most days am done by 1pm or 2pm. My job is active and I lead an active lifestyle so I can keep up with dog walks and cat check-ins. I keep a close eye on the pet inside the home and listen to each direction very clearly. I ensure the animal’s needs are met.

“This was my first time using Rover. Jamie was very easy to work with. She came over for a pre-trip meeting and we went over what my cats needed while I went on my trip. She gave updates for each visit along with pictures, which were super cute. I was also glad that she reached out when she had a question about the medications (pills in my cats case) to make sure she was giving the correct ones at the correct times. Overall very pleased with the experience, both in terms of Jamie and Rover. Would definitely use both again!”

About: Hi, I have been a dog owner pretty much my entire life & have been dog/house sitting for years. I have experience with small breeds & large breeds, young & elderly. I love to play fetch with dogs & take them for nice long walks/hikes. I am a work from home mom so I have great flexibility in my schedule. I am available for overnights, check ins, walks, & can have 2 well behaved dogs in our home. I am available to bring in trash cans, water plants, bring in mail, pick up dog poop, administer medicine & care for other pets in your home. I work from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in my day to care for animals. We have plenty of space in our home and can easily accommodate 2 well behaved dogs. I have a fenced yard and live near a great regional park that I love to take dogs out on walks to. I have a teen and tween daughter who also love animals and especially like to play and cuddle with.

About: I am an energy infrastructure development executive and entrepreneur who loves to do other work like this locally. I am an experienced, responsible, and fun family-oriented option for support, care, and love for your pets, as my 9 year old son will accompany me. I offer drop-in visits and walks. I have lived with and cared for cats and dogs most of my life - growing up with golden retrievers, yellow labs, a husky, German shepards, and a range of domestic short haired cats, including currently our amazing 1 year old cat named Knuckles. I enjoy meeting more great dogs and cats, and more neighbors by helping when folks are traveling, working long hours, or have other constraints. I work remotely most of the time and in an entrepreneurial environment so I inherently have flexibility in my schedule, and can fit pet care into my daily schedule I treat others homes and creatures as I would my own, and can be relied on without question. The core of everything is honesty and respect.

“Excellent!! Always attentive and communicative. Asked questions when she needed to and was very reliable even in a pretty long time of coming to drop in on my cat twice a day. Would love to have Brianna come look in on Todd again. A+++++++!!!”

“Stephanie is wonderful with dogs, especially my dogs apparently!!! She is professional, reliable, safety-oriented, very friendly, really loves dogs, and follows instructions very well regarding visits, feeding, potty, medications, and care. “Angelina was great! I really can not think of one thing that I was not happy with. She kept me updated on my kitty and sent pictures. I came home to an immaculate home. She even did some light grocery shopping for my return home. Wow, I thought this was so thoughtful. Thank you, Angelina, for letting me enjoy my vacation knowing that I had left everything in good hands. 👏”

About: I’ve been obsessed with dogs my whole life. Growing up on a ranch, I was constantly surrounded by pups, some mine, some rescues, and all full of personality. I’ve cared for big dogs, nervous dogs, high-energy goofballs, and everything in between. I used to have a Great Pyrenees and a whole crew of German Shepherds, and now I’m just really missing having dogs around. I always follow any feeding, walking, and medication instructions to a T, and I’ll keep you updated with pics and notes so you never have to wonder how your pup is doing. I don't have dogs at home right now, so your pup will get my full attention without competition or stress. Whether your dog needs playtime, snuggles, or just someone calm and loving to hang with, I’m your girl! I work full-time from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, which means I’m available for evening check-ins, walks, or playtime during the week. I’m also free most weekends and would love to spend that time hanging out with your pets. Whether it’s a quick visit, a post-work walk, or some weekend company, I’m happy to help however I can! I know firsthand how important our animals are—they’re family. As a pet parent myself, I completely understand how nerve-wracking it can be to trust someone new with your pet. That’s why I go above and beyond to make you feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. I treat every animal like one of my own and make it a priority to follow your routines exactly, so your pet feels safe, relaxed, and loved in their own environment. I’m reliable, detail-oriented, and always respectful of your home. You can count on me to show up when I say I will, give your pet the attention they deserve, and keep you updated so you never have to wonder how things are going.

What I Offer: Daily walks & fresh air 🐕 Playtime, snuggles & companionship ❤️ Feeding & fresh water 🍲 Medication (basic, if needed) 💊 Drop-in visits 🐾 Overnight care & house sitting 🏡 Photo/text updates for your peace of mind 📸 You can count on me for dependable care, attention to detail, and lots of love. Can’t wait to meet your furry best friend! 🐾💛 Caring for pets is the best part of my day! Whether it’s a walk, a drop-in, or an overnight stay, I love building my routine around wagging tails and happy paws. 🐕🐾 I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safe and comfortable. I follow each pet’s routine closely — from meals and walks to playtime, cuddles, or quiet company — so their day feels familiar and stress-free. I make sure water bowls are always full, litter boxes and yards are clean, and pets get plenty of love and attention. When house sitting, I also respect your home, keep things tidy, and provide regular updates so you can relax knowing everything is in good hands.

“Sheryl did a great job watching our two cats and house. She was very thoughtful and shared very through text messages letting us know how things were going. She did everything we asked and more. We will definitely be asking her to watch our pets again. Thanks Sheryl!”

About: Experienced pet sitter. Experience with reactive dogs. Happy to give your dog extra care and attention. Fenced in front and back yard. Must be okay with another friendly dog in the home. I typically do a morning walk after breakfast, and a nighttime walk after dinner. If a dog is staying with me, I usually avoid middle of the day walks as the pavement outside can get hot on warmer days. However I do have a fenced in yard and a deck, which is cooler in the middle of the day if they would like to explore. I have a fenced in yard, and a metal crate is your dog is used to crate training. I have a 5 year old lab/ Shepard mix who loves to play, but could also keep him separated if requested. I have plenty of toys but you are also welcome to bring any toys with you, put they may get lost under our deck! Dogs are welcome on the furniture and just about anywhere as long as they are properly trained not to potty on furniture!

About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! I have two golden retrievers, a black cat (opposite ends of the pet spectrum haha), and 6 chickens. I have many years of experience dog walking, and petsitting. I am looking to fill my schedule this summer. As a teacher, I am looking to fill my summer schedule. As of right now, I have a very open schedule for pet sitting and dog walking. I am a kind, trusting, and caring individual. I ensure that animals always feel safe by trusting their body language and ensuring all their needs are met.

About: I have been around animals all my life, particularly big dogs. My family has always had big dogs (Bernese Mountain dogs and labradors), but I share the love with all sizes! Helping train our family dogs has also given me confidence not only in handling animals, but also the knowledge to ensure safe engagement with them and others. No animal is "problematic" they all just require (and deserve) specific attention and patience. I personally enjoy the company of animals, so it's a win-win if I get to hang out with your pet! I'm an active person and like to invite my furry friends along for fun too. I'll run with them to get out their zoomies, play fetch for hours, or go on nice long strolls along the neighborhood. I enjoy getting outside as much as the dog does, so this is a mutually beneficial experience! I work from home, typically schedule my own meetings, and have a flexible schedule! I enjoy getting out of my house to go on walks of my own, so its even better to have some furry company! I understand that life happens and sometimes we need extra support, even last minute. So I'm here to help out with all the things life throw our way. When interacting and engaging with animals, especially new ones, patience and slowness are my virtues. I understand animals and that you're doing your best for them. Whether they just need some love while you're away, or you want me to reinforce training that you're working on, I take your needs very seriously.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was 13 years old. I love to take care of all animals! I also have a knack for teaching dogs new tricks. My schedule is very open to take care of your pets. I am available Tuesday, wednesday, thursday Friday and Saturday all day! I can also crate train if needed. I have a safe home with one other dog (who is very friendly and playful) and one very sweet cat that will love to keep your pets company and play!

Marti F.
“I have trusted Marti with my dog for over 5 years. When I travel, I know that my pup is in good hands, and my routine I have with my dog will continue to be respected. When I come back, my dog is not exhausted like he was when I used to board him. This shows that he was well taken care of, and not stressed. My pup also eats at Marti’s, when he didn’t eat at his boarding kennel. I have nothing but good things to say about Marti as a sitter.”

Elizabeth P.
“Libby watched my pup at my home for a few days. She was very responsive and took amazing care of my pup! She took him for adventures everyday and left my home cleaner for when I came back! She always sent me pictures and texts. Would definitely book with Libby again! She is an amazing, sweet, adventurous, clean woman.”

Logan F.
“We used Logan as a pet sitter for a 16 day trip. We have a cat and an elderly dog that requires daily medication. Logan was wonderful with our pets and willing to work with our elderly terrier who can be quite the curmudgeon! Logan also took great care of our home, watering plants, gathering mail etc. Logan clearly loves animals and meets them where they are in terms of the care they need. Our cat is fairly independent but our dog likes company even though he can be grumpy. Logan hung out with him and made sure he was well taken care of. We would use Logan again in a heart beat!”
