About: I have had pets my whole life. Growing up with a cat, dog, and horse taught me a lot about responsibility and understanding what is needed to care for another life. I’ve since been cat sitting and dog walking around my hometown, San Diego, CA! I am currently a college student on summer break looking to fill some hours walking dogs and taking care of pets! It is a great opportunity to get outside and enjoy animals since I’m not able to have one myself in the city. I am always incredibly responsible when entering anyone’s home. About: I've had pets my whole life, and I've always been considered the animal whisperer of my family. I've owned and cared for cats, dogs, birds (parakeets + cockatiels), freshwater fish, toads, ferrets, and event rats! About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime. Every dog that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I was responsible for all of my dogs and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

About: Not certified but love to dog train and walk pets I have had my own 3/4 dogs many different breeds! I love play and have connection with the dogs and cats! I have pet sat before I’m not working curently, I’m in school full time but have two young kids looking for extra money to live and have a little fun with my kids! About: I have two dogs of my own, a 18Lb Maltipoo and a 70 Lb American Bully. They are my family and want the best quality of living and care for them. I am passionate about protecting our pets and keeping them safe. I have trained both of my dogs myself. I spend a lot of time with my pets and ensure to take them out to play or walk for a minimum of 2 hours a day. On rainy days we run around inside my home. The quality of life I provide for my dogs is the same quality of care I provide for dogs around me and under my care. I work from home 2-3 times a week and the days that I do need to travel for work I am only gone for about 4-5 hours. I am able to be flexible with my time. I have a fenced little yard but I also like to take the dogs out for trail walks or play catch in a field near my home (no other dogs are around). For safety reasons I don’t go to dog parks or allow my dogs to interact with dogs I do not know. When going to clients home I am open to walking dogs around the neighborhood and playing with them during my time with them. If your dog is more of a cuddle bug I am open to giving them that extra affection. My dogs are crate trained for safety reasons.

About: I've grown up with cats since I was 8 and began petsitting for people in my 1st couple years of college around 2015. I've done both dogsitting and catsitting for people and I love both animals equally! I have petsat for people with animals of all ages, with the youngest dog I have watched being about 8-10 months and the oldest being about 14 or 15. I love exploring new places and being outdoors especially since I live in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. with the best weather! I find it equally enjoyable to see a dog smile and to see him/her bring joy to their owner and to people around them. I love to see how dogs can bring people together and get people to connect who would otherwise likely never talk to each other. I genuinely enjoy helping others and caring for pets really is its own kind of therapy! I will always clean up after pets even if its raining or if the dog wants to rush off and I have to step on the leash to keep him/her from taking off. I live by the golden rule and will do what I can to hold people accountable for pets that aren't being taken care of and/or cleaned up after. I'm currently working part time at San Diego Community College district as an Educational Coach with a students who are special needs or neurodivergent student population. I work about 17-19 hours a week for that job and am typically away from the home for 5 hours a day or less on Mon-Thurs depending on the day and number of students I'm meeting with. Some administrative tasks for my school job can be done remotely. I want to do more dog-walking and housesitting because it motivates me to stay active and foster connections with animals that my current living situation doesn't allow for. I also love hearing people's pet rescue stories and funny stories because each pet has its own personality and leaves pawprints on others hearts and lives! I love spending time with pets by throwing them their favorite toy and cuddling with them on the couch or bed. I also care for them by taking them for walks or finding the perfect new toy from an old volleyball, piece of rope, or other seemingly random objects that pets decide to take a liking to. Its interesting to see what they choose and of course there are limits there of things that should not be considered due to being hazardous due to being a choking hazard, but I'm all about finding new ways for them to have fun. I will feed them as often as you need and I have also given a dog its pills disguised in peanut butter or in its kibble a few times. If your animal is only allowed in parts of the house or yard I will keep the pens up and only allow it out as directed. I will provide them water as well as with treats or dental chews as preferred. I will take dogs out to use the bathroom as often as I am able, typically once every couple hours while I'm home and once every few hours if I'm going out. Feel free to reach out via text to clarify this, especially if your pet has specific needs or needs to be taken out more frequently to use the restroom.

I currently work in education on Monday-Friday 7:30-4pm. I am excited to do walks after work and snuggles in the evening. And lots of love and playing of the weekends. About: When you want someone who does much more than the bare minimum, that’s where I come in. Pets can have a difficult time when you’re gone. They’re nervous about having someone else in the house and they miss you. Having someone there who truly cares about what your pets may need in order to have as much peace as possible until your home matters. Do they feel more comfortable with my hand coming from the side or the back when they’re pet? I’ll find out! Do they feel more comfortable with me in a certain line of site until they get to know me a bit? I’ll find out what that is! Their favorite toy? What makes them anxious? What makes them happy? I’ll find it! I bring a patient, calm and playful energy to bring as much comfort as I can. Pet care is my full time job right now! I have the availability I need so your pet isn’t lonely! It helps with bathroom needs and an overall homey environment. This is dependent on what each client and pets need. I’m versatile, and open to individual needs. I do more than take them to the bathroom and feed them. I like to make sure they feel loved and comforted and each pet has their own way that they experience that.
