When caring for pets in someone else's home, it is really important to follow the standards set forth by the pet owners. “We first met Mariela last year but ended up changing our plans when our cat got sick. Now, a year later, he is doing great and we need to head out of town. I reached back out and she remembered us! Because our cat needs an insulin shot twice daily, she came over to learn how to give the shot and then came another day to practice giving the shot. Mariela communicates well and always let us know when she was on her way. She did great and we headed out of town. She always checked in on time and sent us 4-5 pictures from every visit. I can’t express enough how much we all enjoyed the photos of our cat! She gave clear written reports from each visit. We already booked for this Saturday and will be booking another time soon. About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime and two cats. Every animal that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I love and appreciate animals for their never ending love for us humans. Rest assured that I was responsible for all of my pets and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner, so my experience can be valuable when it comes to caring for other pets. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

About: I grew up with many pets and learned how to care for them exceptionally well. I understand giving them boundaries and having fun playing with them are both keys to great care. I enjoy walking and playing with dogs as I am a very active person who loves exploring as much as your dog does! When I started pet sitting about 15 years ago I found I had a gift for helping dogs and cats who have a hard time adjusting when their owners are away. I also specialize in senior care as I’m willing to do anything needed to help your dog or cat be comfortable, eat well, and feel loved. I interact with each one as the unique individual they are. Let me know all about your pet’s personality and special needs so I can be the closest thing to having you at home as possible. I’m currently in school a couple days a week and have flexible work which gives me plenty of time to play with your pups during the week and on weekends. I only care for pets at your home. I have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to be there when needed. I can also do overnight house and pet sitting if needed.

About: I grew up with so many animals around me! My mom has 3 cats and 2 dogs, and my dad has the opposite, 3 dogs and two cats. For a semester at college, I volunteered at a small cat adoption area where I would clean, play, and process cat adoptions. I also volunteer at an SPCA where I walk dogs, and clean dishes and laundry! I love love animals and learning their personalities, and have never lived without them. Even in college, my roommate had a service dog! I am on break from school, so I am available anytime within my break timeframe! I'm perfectly comfortable with quick check-ins, walks, and overnight stays! With good communication, I can ensure walks are safe by knowing your dogs' typical behavior and reactions to people, cars, other animals, or anything else. About: When you want someone who does much more than the bare minimum, that’s where I come in. Pets can have a difficult time when you’re gone. They’re nervous about having someone else in the house and they miss you. Having someone there who truly cares about what your pets may need in order to have as much peace as possible until your home matters. Do they feel more comfortable with my hand coming from the side or the back when they’re pet? I’ll find out! Do they feel more comfortable with me in a certain line of site until they get to know me a bit? I’ll find out what that is! Their favorite toy? What makes them anxious? What makes them happy? I’ll find it! I bring a patient, calm and playful energy to bring as much comfort as I can. Pet care is my full time job right now! I have the availability I need so your pet isn’t lonely! It helps with bathroom needs and an overall homey environment. This is dependent on what each client and pets need. I’m versatile, and open to individual needs. I do more than take them to the bathroom and feed them. I like to make sure they feel loved and comforted and each pet has their own way that they experience that.

About: Your dogs will be able to go to the dog park and given treats for good deeds. They'll be able to play with toys and have a constant water supply. I am open to washing and grooming the dog as well if you ask. They will get all my attention. Regarding to my schedule, I go to college everyday at 2pm and I arrive home at different times each day. I am completely available during the weekends. I have had experience before of dog sitting and the owner can vouch for me that I did a great job. I walked the dog, cleaned up their business, made sure the house was tidy, I grabbed their mail when they asked, and more. Your dog will be well taken care of.
