Madrid’s Ohana Paw Care
We take care of your kids like we take care of our own. We are new to California but have been providing pet home care in Hawaii and also in Florida. We had a lot of regulars so not many up to date reviews for our time in Hawaii. We are dog and cat lovers and treat our pets like our own children, which they are. We also have a chin/jack Russell mix and we own 2 Great Danes as well as an orange cat. When we house sit, we treat your home as our own and clean and keep it better then how you left it. When a dog or cat is at their own home, they are more used to their routines and play time. We cater to you and your pet needs and we ask your preferences, whether or not you want your dogs on furniture or not, whether you prefer us walking them instead of taking them to the park, or just let them chill at the house and take long naps and watch tv. We had guests that required medicine daily. We take pictures (lots of pictures) and post them daily! A picture is worth a thousand words as they say and nothing brings peace of mind when you see your kids playing and their tail wagging. You can feel confident and at ease knowing We are treating your kids like we treat ours with love, patience and attention. Please let us know of any aggression towards dogs before hand and also any spot peeing or marking in the house so we can use pee pads if needed. House sitting: We are super clean and will make sure your place stays so also. Pets do best in their own environment and they will be happy knowing someone is there taking care of them. We have done it and always leave your place as you left it if not cleaner :-)

Nate and Ray are awesome. From the meet and greet, to the goodbye. We felt very secure having them stay with our pup, and she did great while we were gone. We got so many adorable “photo shoots” of her. Could see she was sleeping, eating, and doing her thing. Highly recommend them!!

Ray was great! Super responsive and sent me lots of pictures of our dogs and cat. He left the house clean and more organized than when he arrived. Highly recommend!
I was afraid when I returned home from my trip that my dogs would not care about my return. After a few daily photos and videos being sent to me, I stop worrying and began to enjoy my trip My dogs were extremely comfortable around Nate and Ray who provided excellent care to my fur babies. They are an awesome duo and I would highly recommend them and would work around their availability for my next trip because they are hands down the absolute best!
Nate & Ray are the absolute best! This is the first time we have left our 3 precious Shih Tzu with a “stranger”, but within the first 24 hours we knew that they were in very good hands. Seven days of pictures of happy, happy puppies, stellar follow up and attention to their special needs and preferences, a perfectly clean and orderly house. We will definitely call on them again-and I think the puppies miss them already!
The two most amazing humans to watch your pets. They do exactly what they agree and say they will do, they take care of your pets with love not just go through the motions to get paid. We have searched a long time to find someone we trust to take care of our pup crew when we are off island. The only reason I wouldn’t want to leave them this amazing review is because I don’t want them to constantly be booked up when other owners find out how amazing they are lol :’D
