About: I have been a dog mama for 30 years and I have fostered many many dogs for multiple rescues in NJ and CA for over 20 years. I am recently retired and my 3 adult kids are independent. I have the time to give your pet all my attention. I now have very little daily responsibilities. I live in a house where our 1/2 acre of backyard is completely fenced. If you were to trust me with your pet, he/she would be treated like my own and would not be left outside unattended. Your dog would be allowed on my furniture and beds Cs and would get daily walks.
“Christina was great with Punkin! As this was my first time leaving my sweet "old girl" with a sitter, I was a little apprehensive. I set up a meet & greet with Christina and in just a few minutes I could tell that Punkin was going to be well taken care of. She made herself comfy on the couch and was already getting the cuddling that she loves. Christina was great about sending pictures often of Punkin so I could see how well she was doing so I wouldn't worry. There were pictures of her playing tug-o-war with her tail wagging (it was just a blur in the picture LOL) and sleeping in her favorite "belly up" position, and out on walks. It was a great experience for both Punkin and me - I will definitely book with Christina again in the future!”

About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime. Every dog that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I was responsible for all of my dogs and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. I’m just not available around 4-6, but I am able to care for them in my home if necessary. We have a screen door and our parking lot is gated, so there is no way for them to get through. There is also a park nearby that is great for walking.

About: I've grown up with cats since I was 8 and began petsitting for people in my 1st couple years of college around 2015. I've done both dogsitting and catsitting for people and I love both animals equally! I have petsat for people with animals of all ages, with the youngest dog I have watched being about 8-10 months and the oldest being about 14 or 15. I love exploring new places and being outdoors especially since I live in one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. with the best weather! I find it equally enjoyable to see a dog smile and to see him/her bring joy to their owner and to people around them. I'm currently working part time at San Diego Community College district as an Educational Coach with a students who are special needs or neurodivergent student population. I work about 17-19 hours a week for that job and am typically away from the home for 5 hours a day or less on Mon-Thurs depending on the day and number of students I'm meeting with. Some administrative tasks for my school job can be done remotely. I want to do more dog-walking and housesitting because it motivates me to stay active and foster connections with animals that my current living situation doesn't allow for. I also love hearing people's pet rescue stories and funny stories because each pet has its own personality and leaves pawprints on others hearts and lives! I love spending time with pets by throwing them their favorite toy and cuddling with them on the couch or bed. I also care for them by taking them for walks or finding the perfect new toy from an old volleyball, piece of rope, or other seemingly random objects that pets decide to take a liking to. Its interesting to see what they choose and of course there are limits there of things that should not be considered due to being hazardous due to being a choking hazard, but I'm all about finding new ways for them to have fun. I will feed them as often as you need and I have also given a dog its pills disguised in peanut butter or in its kibble a few times. If your animal is only allowed in parts of the house or yard I will keep the pens up and only allow it out as directed. I will provide them water as well as with treats or dental chews as preferred. I will take dogs out to use the bathroom as often as I am able, typically once every couple hours while I'm home and once every few hours if I'm going out. Feel free to reach out via text to clarify this, especially if your pet has specific needs or needs to be taken out more frequently to use the restroom.
About: I have two dogs of my own, a 18Lb Maltipoo and a 70 Lb American Bully. They are my family and want the best quality of living and care for them. I am passionate about protecting our pets and keeping them safe. I have trained both of my dogs myself. I spend a lot of time with my pets and ensure to take them out to play or walk for a minimum of 2 hours a day. On rainy days we run around inside my home. The quality of life I provide for my dogs is the same quality of care I provide for dogs around me and under my care. I work from home 2-3 times a week and the days that I do need to travel for work I am only gone for about 4-5 hours. I am able to be flexible with my time. I have a fenced little yard but I also like to take the dogs out for trail walks or play catch in a field near my home (no other dogs are around). For safety reasons I don’t go to dog parks or allow my dogs to interact with dogs I do not know. When going to clients home I am open to walking dogs around the neighborhood and playing with them during my time with them. If your dog is more of a cuddle bug I am open to giving them that extra affection. My dogs are crate trained for safety reasons.

My dogs get free range of my house and yard when I’m home and a large open living area when I’m gone. I’ve had dogs all my life and love all of them, big or small. I’ve taught my dogs some tricks and continually work on reward based training for better behavior and obedience if you are interested in that during my time with your pup! Someone is usually home or in and out every day. We wake up early for breakfast and to play and go on walks. On weekends when we are home all day we like to go on adventures and the dogs have free reign of the yard all day, but we can also keep yours more contained if they are a flight risk! I have a fenced yard to play outside and we will go on walks in the neighborhood. My dogs like to meet new friends. At my house they are allowed on the furniture

About: I’ve had about 13 dogs of different breeds in my lifetime. Every dog that I’ve had in my life still carry on in my heart. I was responsible for all of my dogs and made sure to attend to their needs in a safe manner. I’m able to work any day of the week as long as it’s 8-3pm. About: I have been a dog mama for 30 years and I have fostered many many dogs for multiple rescues in NJ and CA for over 20 years. I am recently retired and my 3 adult kids are independent. I have the time to give your pet all my attention. I now have very little daily responsibilities. I live in a house where our 1/2 acre of backyard is completely fenced. If you were to trust me with your pet, he/she would be treated like my own and would not be left outside unattended. Your dog would be allowed on my furniture and beds Cs and would get daily walks.
“Christina was great with Punkin! As this was my first time leaving my sweet "old girl" with a sitter, I was a little apprehensive. I set up a meet & greet with Christina and in just a few minutes I could tell that Punkin was going to be well taken care of. She made herself comfy on the couch and was already getting the cuddling that she loves. Christina was great about sending pictures often of Punkin so I could see how well she was doing so I wouldn't worry. There were pictures of her playing tug-o-war with her tail wagging (it was just a blur in the picture LOL) and sleeping in her favorite "belly up" position, and out on walks.
