“We are repeat customers of Ashleigh and John!! They go above and beyond for our pets. We can tell they really care about them!! Our trip was over the Fourth of July and they took special care to make sure our dog was comforted during the fireworks. 100% recommend these awesome pet sitters!”

“Kelsey is the best! This was my first time using Rover and leaving my cats for a weekend and Kelsey made it so easy. She communicated with me, sent pictures, and always showed up on time. I will absolutely be re-booking for my next trip:)”

About: While I am at school missing my pets, the next best thing is getting to care for yours! I have been pet sitting for over 5 years in my neighborhood and others. I have worked with various different animals: Cats, bunnies, puppies, senior dogs, dogs weighing up to 130 lbs or down to 2! I have always been an animal lover, and I will go far out of my way to make sure your animal is cared for. I have spent a lot of time around animals, so I know how to navigate different personalities and needs well! I have a schedule that leaves the late morning and lunch time of my day, along with nights after 5:30, pretty wide open! Weeks sometimes vary but I will make sure your pet is looked after. I make sure to follow the instructions you leave to ensure that your pet is as safe as possible! I want to make sure that they get what they need while also staying safe!
About: I grew up with pets since I was a little girl - raising 3 dogs and 2 cats. I’m currently not a pet owner, because although I’d love to, I live in a small apartment! However, I frequently help out family and friends with their own pets - rather that be pet sitting for a short weekend or walks throughout the day! I’m flexible and attentive. I can help with, but I’m not limited to: Feeding pets and putting out fresh water Brushing and grooming pets Bathing pets Cleaning litter boxes Walking dogs in all kinds of weather Vacuuming up pet hair Giving medications Taking pets to the vet in emergency situations Notifying owners of any injuries or sickness, and keeping them updated on their pets and home I look forward to working with you! I’m currently focused on building a flexible work schedule, which gives me plenty of time to provide attentive care for your pets. I’m available for walks, drop-ins throughout the week and weekends. I enjoy staying active, so regular walks, playtime, and keeping pets company fit naturally into my daily routine. I’m also communicative and dependable, and I’ll make sure your pet gets lots of love, attention, and updates while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I provide a calm, loving environment where pets can feel secure and cared for. I’m attentive to feeding schedules, medication instructions, potty breaks, and individual personalities or needs. I understand that every animal is different, so I take the time to help them feel comfortable and build trust at their pace. I’m happy to provide updates, photos, and consistent communication so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands.
About: I’ve been pet sitting on and off for the last twenty years. I have two dogs with disabilities, a deaf cattle dog and an anxious sharpei-boxer with GI issues. I understand dogs and connect easily with many kinds of animals. I’m comfortable giving medications and working with reactive/anxious animals. My work is remote, freelance, and very part-time. My schedule is very relaxed and open. I prefer to spend time with my pets or others’ pets. When I enter a clients home I’m there for the animals. I’m mindful and respectful of their property and space. If I’m there for a walk, I’ll get the pup harnessed up and ready to go as soon as possible, according to the needs of the dog. If I’m there for a drop-in I’ll make sure I do what I’m there to do.
“Alexis is the best!! I was so impressed with how many pictures she sent us after each visit and it certainly warmed my heart to see how much my pet adored her. I will certainly be booking in the future. Thank you Alexis for everything you did!!”

“Erin did an amazing job caring for our kitten. She was attentive, friendly, and kind. She provided excellent care for our little kitty and even went out of her way to take care of her. We would highly recommend Erin for anyone else and would happily ask her to help support our kitten in the future if needed.”

“Zania is an exceptional dog keeper! She’s so thoughtful about my boy SAMSON! He wasn’t feeling his best today and she took all the right precautions and some. Thank you so much.”

“Alexandria was great! Very attentive and communicative. It's always reassuring to have someone do great amazing drop in care for our senior dog who doesn't travel well anymore. Would definitely book again in the future!”

“Malia was fantastic with our cat Alice. She did a great job connecting with her and getting her to come out of her shell as the week went on. Her daily reports were thoughtful and the pictures were much appreciated.”

About: I took care of my cousin’s lab when I was little and then when I was older I was in charge of taking care of my yorkie and my cat. As of now, I take care of my poodle Nala. I’m going to start working part-time and I also am starting to go to college, but with pet care it’s very flexible schedules and I get to do something I truly love doing; taking care of cute pets! I like playing with pets to keep them company and I accommodate any needs that your pet may need (ex. needing extra attention, longer walks, etc.)

About: I've taken care of my friends cats and dogs and have done house sitting locally for a few years. I always enjoy making new furry friends. Pet sitting, along with making art is my main gig so my schedule is very flexible. I try to plan pet sitting 1-2 weeks in advance. I am very observant and will cater to your specific needs. Pets require love and attention. Give me detailed directions and I will follow them to the best of my ability.

Fertility cat parents share their Rover experiences
Hilary, like usual, did a wonderful job watching my two cats for a long weekend. My cats were fed well, always with fresh water, litter boxes scooped frequently, and had the attention they need. I am most comfortable leaving my cats with Hilary as I know they will be taken care of as if they were her own.

We always try to book Kaila to take care of our kitties when we go out of town. She's super dependable, sends lots of pics, and communicates well. This time one of our cats just didn't show herself when Kaila was there, so she worked with us over chat to try to figure out where she might be hiding. All was well! But we appreciated Kaila's patience to make sure our silly kitty was fine.
