About: I have experience taking care of animals professionally in a boarding setting and within a vet clinic (as a technician, not a doctor). I have experience handling and caring for more ‘opinionated’ patients/animals. From dogs with stranger danger or ‘spicy’ cats. I have experience caring for diabetic and higher needs animals and particularly am rewarded by caring for older fur babies, cat and dog. I have a deep care for all animals and always want to provide the best care possible. I work from home and am able to bring my work wherever I am, so I can stay with animals who cannot be left alone for long periods of time. I take care to build rapport with animals and respect their communication, going slow and reading body language in order to understand their boundaries and provide the best care possible. About: I've taken care of dogs for over a decade from high energy (I have a border collie) to low energy (I also have a shih tzu), elderly, and everything in between. I'd love to make your dog's day by taking them on a walk or giving them an incredible play time. Same goes for your cats! Right now, Friday nights through Sunday are the times I have completely free to dedicate to helping take care of your pets. I'm hoping to add more times soon and options to board. As someone who searches for hours to find the right person to watch my pets, I know how hard it can be to trust someone new to take care of your fur family. Whether it's pictures, reassuring texts, following your instructions exactly, or all 3 I will do my best to make your pets as happy and healthy as possible.
