Excellent communication, very friendly. Hung out with our little cats so they had some good interactions. And we loved getting pics for them. Also followed all our directions and got clarification when needed. Will definitely use again! She made it very easy!
Kyleigh was great at communicating how my cat was doing while I was away on vacation and also was preemptive in asking what she could do to best take care of my little guy! Will be booking with her again
