“Tyler is a great sitter! I was fortunate that he was available on very short notice. He came to meet my 3 dogs and was up to the level of care I expected. He is very good with communicating and unafraid to ask questions. I believe he took great care of the dogs because they were fine when I came home and there wasn't anything unusual in their behavior.”
“Evelyn watched our dogs for a week while we went on vacation. Our dogs absolutely loved her and will be excited to see her again in a few weeks! Evelyn followed our instructions perfectly and went above and beyond our expectations.”

About: I’m a certified veterinary assistant so rest assured, your babies will be in good hands 💖 Pets have been a central part of my life since childhood, so naturally I’ve grown up researching breeds of dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, as well and everything each needs to thrive. I currently live with 4 large dogs, a handful of cats, a snake, and fish! I have taken care of some farm animals (horses, goats, chickens, ducks), plus aquatic turtles. I taught my own dogs basic manners throughout my teen years, so when it comes to training I am always willing to help if necessary! While I can’t board your pets at my home, I am more than happy to come and either check in on your pet/s throughout the day or stay with them if needed! Send me a PM and we can work out what schedule might be best for you! I always believe it’s important to attempt to keep a pets routine intact even if an owner is away to reduce as much stress as possible. I have much experience giving medications to cats and dogs if they need some extra attention in that way, including oral medications, injectable medications and subcutaneous fluids. Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
“What a wonderful Dog and House Sitter. She comunicated daily, puppy absolutley loved her and my house was emaculate upon my return. She followed all instructions and came on time. Thank you again Emilia M.”
“Rene was a great help with watching my Lyndii for me. While she stayed and watched her she walked her and played with her. She sent me pictures and let me know daily how she was doing. I will be using Rene again definitely. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter.”
“Kinan was exceptional. He took great care of our two pups, made sure the house was spotless when we arrived home, and helped us with a very big project. Can't recommend him enough, and plan to work with him again!”

“Caitlynn was great! She watched our dogs over Thanksgiving week and they were taken care of very well. We got lots of pictures & videos throughout the stay. Would recommend and book again!”

“Krystalyn was so wonderful with our 2 big dogs & 1 cat while we went away on a trip to Italy! She brought her dog Goose along for our meet n greet where I knew instantly that our animals would be in very good hands & great company while we were away(: Krystalyn sent me updates morning & night so that we never had to worry about our furbabies, and was extremely communicative about all the goings-on while we were away - we could not be more appreciative of all of her help!! Thank you so much again Krystalyn - Summer, Beau & Gus can't wait to see you & Goose again soon!”

About: I have experience with animals my whole life and even more after doing rover for 2 years now. I treat all animals as if they are my own! I work full time away from home but my bf Riley works from home. I would be the primary caretaker Wednesdays- Saturdays but other days it would be my bf watching the dogs at home until I get home. We are an active family and would love to take your fur babies on adventures with us if that's something you'd like! NOTE: Any daycare request that is over 9 hours will be an extra $5 Pick ups or drop offs after 9PM will be an extra $5 *House sitting price will vary depending on the situation/distance *We only watch pups together that we know will get along and usually no more than a couple at a time. We have a fully fenced yard and a dog door so you're pup could have access to outside all day. We have space for crates if you need your dog to sleep in a crate at night, otherwise they are free to sleep wherever they are comfortable! My cat is an indoor/outdoor cat so she has free roam therefore all dogs must be respectful of cats. She does like to play but not roughly chased. I will take lots of photos of your pup during their stay as well!
“Super sweet, and took such wonderful care of my fur babies. She instantly felt like family, and took care of my babies like her own. I will DEFINITELY be using her again when I come to this area visiting family.”

About: I started my first dog walking business when I was 8 years old for 50 cents a dog in our small cul de sac- my mother still has my flyer framed. In my 20’s, I was able to live abroad in Australia by pet sitting- caring for senior pups that needed daily medicine, living on a small ranch and taking care of active working dogs (as well as horses, chickens, parakeets and bunnies), bottle feeding kittens (and goats!) and loving every minute of it. Now, with my own home, my partner, Peet, and I are deep animal lovers, and while we may have limited ourselves to four (two dogs, two cats), we take every opportunity to snuggle and love on any pets we can! Working from home means I have ample time for belly rubs, snuggles on the couch during meetings, walks around our neighborhood, fetch in our fully fenced yard- and of course the mothers intuition to ask “what’s in your mouth?!” a minimum of once a day to our 6 month old puppy. Our home is definitely the House of Snoogs - and we wouldn’t have it any other way! I work from home full time, with the occasional appointments or meetings out in town, but the majority of my time is spent at home with my fur babies! This gives me plenty of time for fetch, snoogs, walks around our neighborhood, and playtime in our backyard. Our home is set up for pets! Indoor running water fountain, a dog door (usually open sunrise to sunset), a squishy, cozy couch, hidden and locked litter box space so pups can’t access it, large fenced yard (perfect for digging if you ask Jace, our puppy!) and space for any size kennel in our main bedroom or a separate office - depending on your pup’s preference. In your home, I ask that you show me around, share their favorite spaces and routines, any special instructions and how to make them most comfortable with me sharing their space!
About: My girlfriend Leah and I have had a dog in our life every year until now. Leah grew up with cats and her family dog named Murphy who she loved. We are passionate about walking pups. I feel every dog should get at least an hour of activity outside everyday. Also I am a strong person who is able to keep your animal safe from any dangerous situation that may be happening near by. With me you will know your pet is safe because I make the pets safety my highest priority. We are the best deal on the app because you get two people for the price of one You get two for one. I work remotely full time. This means I work 6am - 2:30pm Monday- Friday. But since I am fully remote if you were in need of a house sitter I would be able to take the dog out during working hours because my job is pretty laid back. The weekends I am 100% free. In addition to this I have my GF Leah, who is a full time student who is always available to help out. This is the first year of my life where I do not have a dog living with me. But when I did I would be checking on the dog all the time. Making sure they have water and I let them out to go to the bathroom or take them on short walks during the day. After work is when i will usually take my pet on an hour walk or go to a park or some where to play. In addition to me there is my girlfriend Leah who is a full time remote student right now. She is always available to help out and is super responsible and helpful.
“I have a senior girl who has health problems and needs meds every 8 hours. She’s a bit shy and most people I asked on Rover weren’t willing to take on my booking for house sitting. Thank goodness I found Micki because she went above and beyond taking care of my girl. The meds and health problems did not intimidate her, as well as my normally shy dog warmed right up her. When we got home Micki had cleaned, printed out cute pics of my dog, gave us bandannas and a new toy for my dog.”
“Josh was amazing with my Gypsy. I have always left her with a family member but Josh is now my official pet setter. He is caring and treated my dog as his own. He stayed at my home and took care of it like it was his own. I would highly recommend him as a pet setter. He is five stars all the way.”

About: Animals bring me peace and joy and I just can't help but want to be around them to support them. I have raised dogs and other animals throughout my life. I have had cats, fish, hamsters, and even hermit crabs. Animals are always full of life and hope. I have two dogs now. A mother and daughter. It really shows me how deep animals can feel. I love them. Pet sitting is my priority. I spend 24/7 at home unless I am at the park or running errands. I can devote ample time to pet care. I have a fenced yard and two small dogs. They go for walks, trips to the park, as well as off road fun. Like hiking, kayaking, and trail walks.
“Kelly was absolutely fantastic taking care of my pups over a weekend for me. She sent regular updates and I can see she truly cares about animals! She’ll be my first choice for future pet sitting needs!”

Fernley pet parents share their Rover experiences
Cayleigh was great. Took perfect care of our babies. This was our first big trip that family wasn’t watching them and we were stressing. Our boy (dog) has anxiety from an early shelter experience when it comes to us leaving and she was great with him. Made sure to keep him occupied with lots of walks, play time and lovings. Our girls (cats) are shy and really just need someone to fill their bowl and scoop their litter but by the time we were about to head back home she was seeing them around telling me that she was taking very good care of them in our absence. Made our trip so much easier knowing that she was here taking care of our babies just like we would want them taken care of sending all kinds of photos and updates so we would know that everyone was doing well while we were away. 10 out of 10 would have her pet sit for us again. Cayleigh was absolutely perfect.

We couldn't have asked for a better first experience using Rover! Izzy was absolutely incredible—she took such loving and thoughtful care of our dog and home while we were thousands of miles away. It was so clear our girl was in the best hands. Izzy’s communication was fantastic—we received regular updates and photos that completely put us at ease. She treated our pup like her own, and we came home to a happy, calm, and well-loved dog. We would absolutely use Izzy again and recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and truly caring sitter. Thank you so much, Izzy!
