About: I had a childhood cat, named Midnight for 5 years. I also took care of the other 3 cats in my parent's home. One that was a short-legged cat named Mufasta and gave birth to a litter of kittens that I was also in charge of. There is an old friend who I watched their Maine Coon inside my home for a month. I only had my Ava at the time and had to keep them separated due to the Maine Coon being violent towards other animals and my children. Even though it was rough and suffered deep injuries in my left leg in the end. I stuck through keeping the cat for that entire month because my friend needed time to get a new home situated.

About: I've been rover verified and trusted for 5 years and I recently moved back home from Soquel for a 5 month stay as well as Clearlake CA. from running a bed and breakfast for the past 2.5 years where i also did my pet/house sitting. About: Dogs have always been apart of my life. I volunteered in a service dog program called 4Paws4Patriots and in doing so I got to learn so much about dog care/handling. Ever since then, dogs have always owned a piece of my heart, I just had to figure out how to follow my passion. Which led me to American k-9 interdiction (AK9I), where I took a 13 week course and became a professional dog trainer. I now have three dogs and own my own dog training business (Big Paws Protection). I have owned a Siberian husky, German Shepard, and an Alaskan Malamute. I currently own a Belgian Malinios. A lot of work have gone into them and still go into them. Please contact me for a free meet n greet. I'm a retired senior so I'm usually available 24/7. We have dog crates available (required for overnight stays). We have a large 8 x 22 tiled sunroom available for boarding. our dog and i walk "down to the barn" several times a day and your dog would join us. we have a semi-fenced property in addition to the 10 x 43 fenced dog run. I can also tether your dog outside on the lawn. We have a kiddie pool available for water lovers. we have added a stainless steel water fountain in the sunroom for fresher water (discourages bacterial growth). we can combine 2 crates for a cat condo: small one for litter box and large one for bed, food and water for overnight and open to full sunroom daily.

About: I have always loved to get to know other pets and be able to take care of them since i was little, when i got my first dog she hasn’t left my side and she was easily trained fun tricks. I’m currently going to college and my schedule varies throughout the week, but i can attend throughout the day or after my classes and i’m open on weekends. About: My childhood was surrounded by dogs. When I was 12, I had to completely take care of 4 pit bulls, a Dotson, a mixed breed medium sized dog, and 3 cats. I have watched a few friends and family's pets over the years. Before I moved here, I actually helped my cousin take care of his senior husky with low energy that needed shots for a medical condition and a 2 year old German shepherd with all the energy in the world. My foster mom also bred pugs for a living, and have had to help the momma pug give birth while my foster parents were gone. I also have a 4 year old female Black Mouth Cur named Ava, that I have had since 6 months old, and a 2 year old male pitbull terrier rescue named Bosco, that I have had for a year and counting. He is full of fear and needs a lot of patience to work through it, but after 5 months of touch and go work, he now knows what play is and has his own toys! He also is scared to eat or seems to not know what his feeding bowl is, but after different ways to show that feeding time is okay, he is slowly gaining the weight he should be at! Treats were his sweet spot for knowing it is a safe place, and my sweet Ava sped the process for getting him comfortable in his new home and now commandeers my clothing to sleep with in his bed. Due to Bosco being a rescue and has become very protective is why I can't offer in home sitting in my home but am open to dog sitting at client's homes. I am currently a new stay at home mom. I take care of my two boys and my two fur babies. I am more than ready to help others with their fur babies. Due to behavior of one of my dogs, I would not be able to comfortably care for your fur babies in my own home, but I will do the utmost care for your fur babies in your home! Give me all the rules you need followed; Outside during certain times, feeding strategies, don't sit in a certain spot or area in the home. Nothing is too much to handle! I have even taken care of dogs with potty issues and needed baths for their health care and hygiene of your home.

I am a self-employed artist and director of a small nonprofit, which gives me an incredibly flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to pet care. Much of my work involves painting landscapes—capturing the beautiful mountains, lakes, and high-desert light of the Reno/Tahoe area. Because my art keeps me outdoors, I am always ready to take dogs along for fresh-air strolls, sniffing adventures, and outdoor playtime. When I am working from my laptop or sketching, pets in my care receive relaxed companionship, lots of attention, and plenty of snuggles. My flexible routine allows me to easily accommodate weekday or weekend care, house sitting, and extended stays. Your pet will seamlessly become a part of my creative, peaceful day! Since I am currently in the Reno/Tahoe area for art research, I'll mainly be focusing on House Sitting (in the client's home), Dog Walking, or Drop-In Visits rather than hosting pets at my residence (however, some exceptions can be made). Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine are my absolute priorities. Whether I am house-sitting in your home or visiting for walks, I treat your home with the utmost respect and your pet like family. Safety Outdoors: Because the Reno/Tahoe area has beautiful wildlife (like deer, coyotes, and bears), I keep all dogs securely on-leash during our walks unless we are in a designated, securely fenced dog park and you have explicitly approved off-leash time. I am also highly mindful of the pavement temperature and hydration during warm high-desert days. A Familiar, Relaxing Atmosphere: Inside your home, I strive to keep your pet’s environment calm, positive, and consistent. I love providing relaxed companionship—whether I'm sketching nearby or enjoying quiet cuddle time. Following Their Routine: I strictly follow your pet's established routine, including precise feeding schedules, favorite walking routes, and any necessary medication tracking. If your pet uses a crate, playpen, or has specific house rules, I will mirror them exactly. You can rest easy knowing your home is secure, and your fur baby is receiving dedicated, loving, and highly attentive care while you're away!

About: I’ve had pets my entire life and each one has meant the world to me. I promise to give that same love and care to your pets! I work from home, so I am pretty available and flexible. I’m happy to do daily walks and open to a repeating schedule, or just a one time event! I am very easy going when house sitting. A detailed note is all I need, and you can expect to receive plenty of photos of your pet(s). I have two cats in my home that are used to having dogs around! We can discuss boarding in my home if needed.
