About: I grew up with dogs and cats my whole life and have loved taking care of them. I’ve pet sit for family and friends for years that included walks, baths, and play. I freelance in the TV and Film industry and am currently in between jobs and have loads of free time! I make my own schedule so I’m able to accommodate clients needs for their pets. I’m at the Village at Commonwealth which is an extremely pet friendly apartment complex. I live next to a large park with paths all around. It’s just me and my cat Kris, who absolutely loves dogs.

“I feel confident leaving my dogs with Averi to walk, feed, and play with. She’s so communicative, responsive, and patient with my dogs. So happy to come back to happy pups!”

“Dominique did an excellent job with my Ella! I was out of town for 1 week and needed someone to give my pup her daily morning walks. I requested Dominique on a short notice, thankfully she was very quick to reply to my request. She also arranged a meet and greet which I had not done before. I'm glad she did it as it left me feeling very comfortable with the whole process (I'm a bit obsessed with my dog). Dominique was always on time and sent over lots of pics from their walks! Would definitely book her again!”

“Just one week into having Max (and his fiancé) take care of my two dogs and I’m already so impressed. Max and Jen took the time to get to know my dogs and asked tons of questions prior to starting weekly walks. They are both incredibly communicative and timely, send pictures and updates for each walk, and have been extremely patient with my female pup, who can be shy around new people. I will definitely turn to Max and Jen for any future dog sitting needs!”

About: I have a 55 lb loving soul named Penny. I love coming home from work and there she is, excited to greet me. Walking dogs is relaxing and a great bonding experience. Car rides and dog parks are just the best. I am currently a teacher in Charlotte, but will be pretty open once classes and graduation are over on June 14th. Except for one week in July when I will be on vacation, my schedule will be wide open until mid-August. Let me care for your pet while you relax! I have one dog and a semi-feral cat. My pets are a part of the family and are allowed on furniture and beds, and very much welcome to take naps with me! My pets are well-loved and I give them my full attention. I enjoy walking my dog as much as she does. I am not squeamish at all of picking up poo in a bag and carrying it back home. Litter boxes - part of my life since I was a small child. I have much experience in that department. I love cats and dogs!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 12. I’m very attentive on walks, I care for your dogs safety at all times in my care. Right now, I’m on a flexible schedule to be to dog walk 3/4 times a day. So truly, I think I will be a good reliable dog walker. so I have a Dog of my own so I would want her to be treated her like if she was there own respect there boundaries watch over them while there on there walks for the day. returning there back home safely.

About: I love animals and look forward to meeting your pet! Over the years, I've had several regular dog walking and sitting clients. I work from home, so I can be available to your dog all day. I would love to walk your dog or spend plenty of time with them in my fenced in yard. We have a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks to go for several daily walks. I am very detail-oriented and would care for your pet like my own. For boarding in my home, please note that I have a 12lb schnauzer mix named Teddy. He loves other dogs and gets along with them in our home. He is a rescue, so he's still warming up to human guests and may be crated during your meet & greet. I work from home, so I’m available to spend all day with your dog. I walk Teddy out between 8-9am to start the morning. I then let him out again around noon for a fetch break, and again in the evening for more fetch and a walk. I can be flexible on walks and outdoor time due to working from home. I care for each dog like my own! I keep a tidy home and have plenty of space in a fenced in back yard. Dogs must be housebroken to stay at my house, although I understand accidents happen. I prefer dogs that are crate trained, but will make an exception for well-behaved dogs. I cannot accommodate dogs who become destructive when left alone for brief periods.

About: About Me: I’ve had dogs for over 20 years - it’s their world, I’m just living in it! Every dog is like family to me. I’ve cared for working breeds, couch potatoes, and everything in between, and enjoy getting to know each dog’s quirks and personality. How I Work: I adjust to each dog’s needs, whether it’s long walks, fetch, or simply keeping them company. I’m calm, laidback, and respectful of their routines. I usually stick to morning and evening walks to avoid the heat, but I’m flexible based on your dog’s needs. My goal is always to help them feel safe, comfortable, and secure while you’re away. I have two working breeds at home, so daily exercise and structure are part of my rhythm. One’s basically a sled dog who always needs a job; the other doesn’t know where he is, who he is, or what a ball is. I’m used to balancing high energy with downtime and do my best to mirror your routine as closely as possible. Availability & Overnight Stays: I don’t live alone, so my dogs are well cared for when I’m away. For overnight stays, once I arrive, I’m settled in. I work from home as an illustrator, so I’m around all day and stay overnight. For longer stays (3+ nights), I’ll step out briefly to walk my dogs and run a quick errand, but otherwise I’m there around the clock. My dogs have never been left alone overnight or for more than a few hours, and I treat everyone’s dogs with the same care. Communication: I typically check in once or twice a day with updates and photos - more if your dog is being a cutie! I’m happy to adjust to whatever communication style works best for you. Just let me know. Experience With Special Needs: I’m experienced with administering oral medications, ear drops, topical treatments, and even inhalers for cats. I’m also planning to complete pet CPR/first aid certification. While I haven’t cared for senior pets before, I’m comfortable with mobility support, slower-paced walks, and extra patience. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions! I work from home and have a flexible schedule throughout the week. I can dog sit on weekends and can do some week days. I prefer at least a day in advance notice but can occasionally do last minute. I am comfortable pet sitting at your home and following whatever routine your pet is accustomed to. Unfortunately, I can’t offer boarding at my house at this time.

About: I currently care for an English Bull Terrier that loves people more than anything else, and is not great with dogs. She has taught me the importance of watching body language, getting ample exercise, taking safe walks to avoid other dogs, and giving all the snuggles needed. I am very aware of dogs needs and keeping distance on leashes because of her. While I am used to her needs, at this time I am not looking to care for more aggressive or hard to walk dogs. I have been around dogs all my life, from smell driven hound dogs, to ball driven mixes, and I love to play with and care for them all! I grew up raising rats and I love them too! I know the importance of them having social interaction, clean cages, and preferred food. I am also familiar with guinea pigs and hamsters. I also have fresh water fish tanks and can do water changes, feeding and medicine. I currently don’t have any cats (or other pets) because of my dog, so I am itching to get some quality cat time in as well! I would love the chance to care for your pets too! I am a stay at home mom so I can come check on your pets at the most convenient time for you. If you need someone to come snuggle your pets, let them out, and play with them at anytime of the day, I am your gal! I will make sure your animal has more than just a simple potty break before I leave. They will have love, attention, and exercise. I like to come in the door with a treat (if allowed!) for dogs. I will play ball until the cows come home, or give them all the snuggles and love they need.

Thanks for everything, Tara!”

“Tanja's caring knows no bounds! As a mother of two, devoted wife, school teacher, and cat mom, Tanja has the biggest heart. I've known her for over 20 years as a devoted pet mom. When she visits my home, my dogs love her and want to be by her side, and she shows them the same love and affection she shows her own pets. She is conscientious and reliable, and would take care of anyone's pets as if they were her own!”

Diamond C.
“I highly recommend Diamond as a pet sitter. She has been caring for my dog for several years, and I fully trust her with my pet’s well-being. She is honest, reliable, and incredibly thorough, always following instructions to the letter while going above and beyond to ensure my dog feels loved and cared for. Her passion for animals is clear in the way she interacts with them—whether it’s taking them on walks, feeding them, or simply giving them attention and comfort. Knowing she is watching my pet gives me complete peace of mind, as I know they are in safe and capable hands. Any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter would be lucky to have her. I can’t recommend her enough!”

She is active and intuitive and will no doubt be a reliable and trustworthy dog sitter.”

Olivia W.Star Sitter
“Olivia’s awesome! She watched my Lab whenever I went out of town and did occasional drop-ins. I never had to worry about a thing. She was always on top of it and took my neurotic list of needs in stride. My girl is super energetic, and she was completely tuckered when I got home. Olivia even took her to the dog beach and pet stores to pick out new toys. I loved getting regular updates with pictures of their adventures. I’d definitely book her again if she didn’t move :(”
