“I couldn't have found a better family to look after my dog "Piper" Benjamin took care of my pet for an extended period of time, while I was out of the country. He updated me weekly with photos. Piper sure was having lots of fun with Benjamin and his family. When I picked her up, she looked so happy and healthy with them. Benjamin was so accommodating when my flights were delayed or rescheduled. He was able to keep Piper for me and that really eased my mind. I will definitely be using Benjamin's pet boarding services again. I feel like they are part of our family and Piper definitely warmed right up and incorporated them into her fold! “We met James for the first time and scheduled a 4 hour time to see how Bailey does at his house before booking an overnight with him. I am a very overprotective dog mom and I've never given a rating of 5 stars before but James deserves 5 stars. He did everything right to make me feel comfortable leaving Bailey with him. Although he was just there a few hours, he sent me some pictures and a video of Bailey playing with his dog and I so appreciate that. I always ask for pictures when leaving Bailey with someone but often times don't get any and I didn't even ask James for pictures! Bailey seemed to have a wonderful time there and I can always tell when he's had fun because he came home and slept for hours afterward. James is incredibly professional and if you need a good dog sitter, please try him out. I will for sure be using him again in the future.”

About: A lifelong dog person, I've hosted friends' dogs, from puppies to seniors, in my home for over 20 years. My husband, our dogs, and I love to spoil dogs when their family is away, knowing that the love and care we pour into dogs make their humans feel less anxious to leave town without them. Your pup can expect lots of walks, access to a doggy door, and a fenced-in backyard that is free from weed killers and other fertilizers. I have petsitting coverage through Pet Sitters Association. Having a part-time job means that I have plenty of time to provide your pet attention and affection. We'll get lots of quality time together! Walking dogs is an important part of my fitness routine, so your best friend will get lots of enrichment while you're away. Because we are such avid dog lovers, my husband and I set aside an entire room in our house for dogs to hang out when they need a safe place to hang out when we're away from home. This room has access to a doggy door, a fenced-in backyard with a locked gate, and grass that is free from fertilizer and weedkiller. Outside of this room, your dog will be free to hang out in our living room, snuggle up in a cozy dog bed in the office, or find some quiet in the kitchen or entryway. I honor your pet's sleeping preferences by allowing access to our bedroom if that is what they need to feel secure. Your dog will be loved and accepted, canine quirks and all!

About: I went to school to be a vet tech. I can administer any medications you may need. I specialize in the care of elderly pets and their unique needs. Animals are better than people. My schedule is open for weekdays or weekends, night or day. Your babies can come stay with me or I can stay with them (sometimes home is just less scary) Whether at my home or yours if there’s a yard we’ll be playing for hours, if there isn’t we’ll be taking some fun walks at the park. I always check the air temperature to decipher concrete temps because nobody wants hot paws! I also always carry water so we can all stay happy and hydrated.

At the moment, I intend to make my living working with Pets. My only logistical limitation is transportation. I typically work best for overnight stays. Each animal has their own needs and personality and I am here to make sure they get the love, attention and care that you would give them. If I am staying in your home, I will leave it as I found it.
