I have a passionate love for animals and I can't wait to meet yours :) Outside of work, pet care will be my top priority. Walks, play time, nap time, food time, etc. will be routine if you book with me. I'll make it my mission to give your pet the most love and care that i'm physically able to! :) Your pet will be safe and sound in my care. I have many years of experience with pets and I only offer the best service!

“Pamela is amazing and I am so thankful that I found her! She truly loves animals and is so good with my dog! I 100% trust her in my place to take care of my dog when I am out of town for work.”

“Megan was very attentive and caring to my house full of foster kittens while I was away on business. She dedicated plenty of time for play and snuggles and my cats were very relaxed and happy when I returned. She is very communicative and goes the extra mile for whatever your fur babies may need.”

“Lauren is great! She’s been my go to for my dogs since I moved to Dilworth. She honors her commitments, treats my pups as her own and always sends the cutest photos to me while I’m not home. Thank you, Lauren! Me and my kiddos appreciate you!”

“Abigail was a fantastic cat sitter! She took care of my little lady just like I asked. She communicated very well and sent multiple photos of Loey everyday while I was gone. She even took in some packages I had delivered which I had asked her to do. Loey and Abigail were the best of friends while I was gone and I highly recommend her!”

About: I am an experienced pet care taker. I had a dog of my own for 7 years before she passed away of a heart condition. I now have the best Rottie in the earth. Before that my family had dogs and cats growing up. I also consistently foster animals through one of the organizations in town. All dogs on my profile are dogs I either owned, fostered, or babysat. I love to spend as much time with the dogs I am sitting! If it’s the weekend only this is easy to do - If your dog would like a friend my Rottie would like to come with! If not no worries at all! For weekdays: I work from home and can make moving to your home work but will need a desk space or active table space with the ability to plug in - and preferably the ability to bring my 4 year old friendly Rottie with me. If I am unable to bring her what I have done in the past is work from my home and then spend the evening/night with your dog. I always make a lunch break work for this plan. This often mimics similar to a 8-5 schedule. We can definitely discuss details on this! She is part of a team that helps a rescue in town dog test new dogs on their reaction to others! I look forward to hearing from you.- I try to be flexible as possible for your dogs needs. If these schedules don’t work for you - please still reach out if you want to discuss options! I am comfortable continuing what you have done with your dog in your home. Normal walks? You got it. Fenced yard and fetch? Terrific. I love to keep dogs into the regular routine as it’s already stressful for their human to be gone. I do request if you have scent plugs in your home that they are unplugged during any extended stay you schedule with me - thanks!
About: I am a Veterinary Technology student at NDSU with a passion for helping all kinds of animals. I have professional pet care experience working at a pig barn, vet clinic, impound, and pet store. This has given me a vast experience with animals of all species and care levels. I am well versed in providing medications and have even raised a litter of kittens. I also love animals of the feathered and scaled variety and would be happy to provide them with care. I am a college student with plenty of spare time to take care of your furry companions. I can easily visit 3 times a day and could make accommodations for more visits if necessary. I am willing to care for your babies at your home or even at mine. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there will be lots of play time if you wish. I also have separate spaces if needed such as an extra room and fenced in back yard. I am able and willing to do nail trims and bathing if necessary as well as make sure they take any necessary medications. With me they will have lots of time outside and lots of time to play.
About: My family has grown up with dogs for as long as I can remember so let’s have always been a central part of my life. As a middle and high schooler, family friends would ask me to take care of their pets while they were out of town and I have missed being able to do that since coming to college so I want to start it back up with Rover! I’m currently finishing up my bachelors degree and am at the tail end of it so my days are fairly flexible and I can bring most of my work home to be able to take care of pets throughout the day! The pet is just like a person with needs and wants. Figuring out the timing and specific wants of each pet while maintaining order is my utmost priority. Also, giving the pet somewhere with someone to relax with is extremely important in helping the pet navigate a change in schedule.
About: We have always been dog lovers our whole life and was finally able to adopt one of our own three years ago. Mae is our sweet loving girl and we couldn’t imagine life without her. Dogs and animals hold a special place in our hearts! I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse. Over the weekends we find any way possible to hang out with Mae, take her for walks, to the dog park, and of course to get sweet treats. During the week we always find plenty of time for walks and lots of love and belly scratches on the couch! Mae and other dogs roam free in our house! We have a fenced in backyard to allow for lots of play time, and inside they are more than welcome on any bed or couch!
About: I have grown up with animals and pets my whole life, so I know how much care they need and how big of a responsibility they are. But as a human, I know how fast and hectic our lives can be, so I’m here to help you check a spot off you to- do list by helping you and your furry friends out! I am a current student at NDSU so as busy as my schedule is, I have plenty of free time on my hands. Over the summers I have a part time job but those are also very flexible hours as well. Since I have pets of my own at my house and live in an apartment during the school year. I personally do not take customers pets back to my place. I also know how new environment can make pets uncomfortable and anxious, which I would never want to put an animal through. But I am willing to stay/come to your home and help out where it is needed!
“Julia was fantastic with our 2 dogs (one being a 6 month old puppy) and 2 cats. She was very responsive and provided thorough updates. We will definitely be using her again!”

About: I have 2+ years of experience from working at a pet lodging company where I would walk dogs, do playtimes with dog, cats, birds, and pigs. I would also clean suites and give medication to animals as well! I have experience working with puppies to senior dogs of all sizes. I’m a college student needing some extra side gig money on the side while I also work my full time job and I love animals very much so afternoons and evenings during the week would be preferred as well as afternoons and evenings on the weekends. I can care for your pet(s) by taking them on walks, checking in on them during the day, feeding, playing with them, giving them some cuddles and pets while you’re away, and making sure they go to the bathroom.
About: I’ve known animals for as long as I’ve known to breathe. From the time I could walk, I was playing and interacting with my family pets. From loving on our family black labs and cats growing up, volunteering at my hometowns local shelter, to tending to family and friends’ cats and dogs, animals have always been a passion of mine! I am available before 7:15 am, and after 3:30 pm. My work does not provide flexible scheduling so I do not have an extended lunch hour. I would only be able to check in on your fur baby twice a day. Weekends I am free all day, and could check in 3 times if needed I will care for animals in your home by being gentle, patient, engaging, nurturing , and playful. I will make sure they get lots of play and stimulation, love, and treats. 😋

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Fargo
Isaac was very knowledgeable, interested in the care for our boys, took them on walks which is not the most calm of walks with huskies. We came home to well rested, happy dogs. No issues! He is wonderful and we would recommend him and absolutely will request to rebook!

Cairn is absolutely amazing with Duke he loves it when she comes over to see him I couldn’t be happier with her service she has been a true blessing for Duke I am very picky about who I let babysit Duke but Cairn has been awesome to work with and Duke responds to her very well

This was my first time using Rover, and I was initially hesitant to leave my PooBear with a stranger. However, I decided to take a chance last minute. I met Nicole, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating to my schedule request. She made the arrangement mutually beneficial and kept me updated on my PooBear’s wellbeing. We even met up the day before for her to meet Chewbacca. Everything went smoothly. If I ever need someone to watch Chewbacca again and she’s available, I’ll definitely go to her. Thanks again, Nicole!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
