“Sierra went above & beyond caring for my 9 month old golden when I was very nervous about leaving him with someone new, with an older dog. Sierra took them on a 1.5 mile walk before working at home herself, sent a TON of cute pictures to ease my anxiety, fed him his food & vitamins on schedule, & was very communicative during my dog’s 14 hour stay. She is absolutely wonderful, & for someone who has a very small circle of who they trust with their pup, she is one of them!! Would hire Sierra any day!”

“Julie was great! She took my last minute request with no question, allowed me to come early in the morning before work, sent me pictures through the day, and kept Margo busy! We hope to use Julie again!”

About: ✅Genuinely love all animals and want them to be happy ✅ Always willing to meet/greet before so you are 💯 comfortable ✅Very experienced (30 years of dog and cat care, from puppies to senior dogs with special needs, my own pets lived up to 22 years old) ✅ specially trained and very experienced dog enrichment (walk, run, hike) volunteer at the City Dogs (Cleveland Kennel) ✅Flexible schedule (freelance fashion photographer) ✅Reliable and trustworthy (run my own business since 2004, no criminal record of any kind, home owner in Lakewood, proud mom of two older kids, in a happy relationship :) ✅Fit and active (run marathons, hike mountains like Inca trail to Machu Picchu, exercise every day) ✅2 reliable cars fit to accommodate any size dog (Toyota Yaris and 4Runner SUV) ✅comfortable with any size dog, love cats, have both ✅ dog training is always part of my services (reactive leash pulling, heeling, manners, etc) ✅ you can trust me with your home - 77 five star reviews on Airbnb - attached some screenshots in the pictures. Services description: 1) Pet sitting at the client’s home: I stay at your home full time at night and most of the day (with the exception of a couple departures if any, but never more than 3 hours). I don’t raid your fridge or bar and treat your home with respect. I walk, play, feed, clean up after your pets. We cuddle and sleep together at night and they get lots of love. I leave the house exactly the way you left it, no surprises:) I provide uninterrupted routine for your babies and treat them like my own. You find your pets happy and relaxed. Up to 3 walks 20-30 min each a day are included. 2) House drop ins: I feel this service is more for cats who don’t need to be walked. I come in, clean up any accidents, feed the pet, administer medication if needed, play, give cuddles and make sure I leave water bowl full. 3) Pet walk: I come in, take the pet out for a walk. We work on our manners, leash training, etc. For the high energy pups we can jog together. For high energy dogs I suggest upgrading to 50 min. I try to improve dog training every time we hang out together and build on what we learned. I leave with water bowl full unless instructed otherwise. If dog needs to be crated, I can also do that before leaving. 4) Boarding: I own a 3 level home and your fur baby would reside on the living room/kitchen floor. It has front door entrance, covered patio, plenty of cozy room to roam around, access to water bowl and food bowls during feeding time. If your pet is dog friendly, I will introduce my cute dogs (Mini Bernedoodle and mini Dachshund) to him so they play. If not - no worries, my dogs will be kept in a different living level with another exit door, so they don’t trouble each other. I have a fully fenced in yard (with no escape cracks even for smallest dogs) and provide walks/potty breaks every 2-3 hours. You are welcome to bring in anything you wish, and a crate if you want your dog crated at night, for example. If you prefer not to crate - during boarding I will be sleeping on the couch in the living room so they will be safe and are welcome to sleep with me. We treat them as family! See photos in the end of the gallery for pictures of where your fur baby will stay - example with our recent guest 8 month old Chandler whom my dogs adored. We have a cat who grew up around my dogs and is very dog friendly but usually minds her own business. My kids are 13 and 15 and very responsible and animal loving. I truly love animals of all kinds. Always had a pet in my family. Been responsibly taking care of dogs since I was 14 - my cocker spaniel, childhood dog whom I even was able to cut hair and groom:) All my dogs live/lived a very long life - 15-22 years. Through my life I have adopted German shepherd (when he was 8, and took care of him through severe hip dysplasia until he was 15 and vet recommended putting him to sleep), adopted Toy fox terrier at age 6 who was abused and bit me several times but I never abandoned him and he lived until 22 - last 4 years deaf, blind, but still was full of life and always wanted to cuddle. I saved and nursed a baby squirrel until it was grown enough to take to wild life center. I fed it kitten milk from a tiny bottle :) I raised a puppy who is now 3, and another who is now 1, so I have patience and experience with the little ones. I have extensive experience administering medicines to pets - shots, oral, etc. Taking care of seniors, dogs with double hernia, dogs with mobile difficulties (I can help their hind legs with a towel so they can walk), doggie diapers - you name it. I am not a little bit squirmish because I truly love animals and they love me back. With larger breeds I am very confident and can take care of the ones who are leash reactive or not very well trained. A bit about myself: moved here with my family from L.A. and proud home owner in Lakewood. Freelance fashion photographer since 2004. I used to ride horses and am very fit and strong. I run marathons and hike up mountains. I am thrilled to take your dogs out as much as they would like. I drive reliable hutch back car and can fit up to 2 large Shepherds in to run in the metropark should you have multiple large friends:) Oh, and when watching pets in your home I would absolutely love if they want to cuddle in bed with me:))) But won’t force them:)) Overall I raised also two kids, have a great family, and I am currently 45. I have been scaling down my work travels so I would love to help you when you need me. Hoping to get many repeat clients! Feel free to reach out with any questions! Freelance fashion photographer, I started dog care business as a passion project as I love pets and as an extra motivation to step away from laptop and get those hikes in. When not traveling for fashion shoots, I work on the laptop from home and my schedule is very flexible. I can adjust to the schedule you prefer, so it’s easiest on your pets and you. I have used Rover before for my own pets when traveling so I can anticipate what questions to ask. Ideally I would provide uninterrupted routine and lots of attention, exercise, cuddles and games.
“We came into Cleveland for a few days and wanted to bring our mini poodle. We didn't want to leave our dog in a crate at the Airbnb all day while we explored the city, so we decided to send her to Roselie and Kevin. They were both SO nice and accommodating. Our dog was well cared for. I would highly recommend booking your pup a stay with Roselie and Kevin.”

“Sharon was awesome!! I knew from the moment I stepped into her house that Dude was in good hands, she treated him like he was one of her own. She lives in a great little neighborhood close to downtown and the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame. I would highly recommend!!! Thank you Sharon!!!”

“Jeffany was amazing! We were in need of a rover sitter as our other recently moved, so I'm so grateful to have found Jeffany! Our pup absolutely loved running around in her lovely, spacious backyard with the other pups she was taking care of at the time. Jeffany was super easy to communicate with and sent multiple updates/photos throughout the day which I really appreciated! I would definitely recommend and we will be booking again for sure! :)”

About: Pets give their lives to us, and they deserve the best possible care in return. Living up to this duty of service is the foundation and reward of my pet care philosophy. I am a lifelong animal lover, from cattle and horses to reptiles and fish, I have experience with them all. Growing up in a rural area, we always had multiple pets at home including dogs, cats, lizards, hamsters, etc. At my grandparents, I had regular experience with cattle and horses. Once on my own, at 18, I got a cat and then in my late 20s, I got my first dog, Max (pictured). Max lived to be 16 years old, an astonishing age for a pit bull mix. It was my proudest honor to love and support him through his senior years. For now, I have chosen not to get another pet and am focusing my passion for animals on providing care for your beloved babies, and I couldn't be happier about it! It would be my honor to provide loving and safe care for them while you are away. Read more below for details of my experience, my approach to care and what I can provide. I gained so much senior dog experience with Max and am delighted to offer my experience with the following to your baby, including: - Prescription diet and dietary restrictions (home cooked meals at extra cost) - Oral and injected medications, including extended subcutaneous - Physical restriction due to injury or arthritis **Note - I live on the second floor of my home. I can carry dogs up and down the stairs up to 25lbs but no heavier than that** - Ability and willingness to understand complex medical conditions to the extent that it helps with their care - Exercise and stimulation even with limited mobility, including going for wagon rides in place of walks if needed - Monitoring of and familiarity with healthy vital signs In addition, I have experience caring for animals with other special needs including high anxiety and other animal aggression. At this time, I do not sit for more than one family at a time, so I can care for these animals without conflict. See the section on what I want to know ahead of time for details. For the safety of myself and your pets, it's important that I know as much as possible for their care, especially in these special needs situations. At this time, I do not have any commitments outside of my home for more than 2.5-3 hours at a time, so I can be flexible and available for your pet’s needs. I am a yoga teacher but currently only teaching a few classes a week and rarely more than one a day. Other than that, I am focused on my health (nothing that impacts pet care!), so I have some doctor's appointments, etc., but nothing that requires me to be away for more more than 2.5 hours or so. I am not working outside of that, so I am very available to meet your pets' needs and would be honored to share my time and care with them. How I care for an animal depends on each animal's unique needs, but what will always be true is how I approach them conscientiously with kindness and respect. I earn their trust by balancing the right bids for connection at the right time, based on their behavioral cues and by providing consistent boundaries and expectations with love and care. FYI when your pet first arrives (after they have time to relax), I will check and record their vitals (heart rate, breathing rate, and gum condition) so that I am aware of their baseline in case I need to monitor for changes. This was a habit I learned in caring for my senior pup that I realized was really helpful to know in case a concern arises. About my home: - I own and live in my own duplex home in Lakewood and am fortunate to have an extremely large backyard compared to other Lakewood homes (full privacy fence). See pics of the house and yard in my photos. - I live on the second story. If your dog has mobility issues, please take this into consideration. I am able to carry any pet(s) up to 25 lbs up and down the stairs but no larger than that. - I live alone with no pets. I love kids but don't have any at this time. - I have a renter on the first floor. She is an animal lover as well but does not have any dogs, only one indoor cat that does not have access to any shared space. She and I easily coordinate backyard access, and she would be delighted to greet your pet during its stay. - As I cared for my own senior dog, it became necessary to install several secured baby gates around the house for keeping him in and out of certain spaces. I still have these gates in place so that I can do the same for your baby, if needed to support their care. Also, if needed, I have an extra large crate. About the neighborhood: Lakewood is a safe and pet-friendly neighborhood with ample sidewalks. I live about a 3-minute walk from Lake Road, where there are wide sidewalks far from the street and very little traffic. It's really a beautiful place to walk a dog or two. I also live a 4-minute drive from Lakewood's dog park in the Rocky River Reservation. I love to walk pets around the Metropark and adventure in the woods or down by the river. One of my favorite spots is Rocky River Nature Center, which is a 20-minute drive from me through the park but so worth it. Dogs love it there.
“Maria took great care of Nico and he made best friends with Maria’s dogs. So grateful she could take us on only a few days notice. Nico was able to play and have fun so that we could do the same. We hope to have Maria look after Nico in the future!”

About: Hello! I have been dog sitting for 10 years from Hudson OH now in Kamms Corner right by the park. I work from home with my dog Murphy who is a 10 year old frenchie who loves everyone :) Work from home every day my schedule is flexible and we take three walks a day with Murphy our French bulldog. Weekends are for relaxing and reading in the backyard. Our home is our sanctuary. We get weekly cleanings to help with dog hair, toys are for everyone! Walks and play time are very easy since I work from home in the living room with the pets.
“Aru did a great job watching our dog Shelby! She took her on walks, let lounge on her comfy sofa, and kept me updated with photos through her stay. We’d love to have Shelby stay with Aru again!”
“We really appreciate the Rover service we got. Our PAWsome sitter, Abby A. took the time to meet with us before taking care of our precious baby goldendoodle -Winnie. We also love that she is absolutely great with pets and took the time to understand the rest of our needs and requests for our fur-baby. Thank You! Will definitely request again!”

About: I’m reliable and only take one dog at a time. I have plenty of time to devote to your dog. I love to walk through my neighborhood so exercise is no problem. Your dog is the only one I watch. My neighborhood has lots of dogs and is safe. I have plenty of time for dog walking. My routine is very regimented and my neighborhood is dog friendly. I have an open backyard with a friendly black lab behind my house. Your dog will be safe with me. I expect the dog to come with his bed or cage for the dogs comfort level. Please also have your dog washed. I will wash your dog for an extra fee as noted in my requirements. Dog will primarily stay on the lower level of my house. I won’t watch dogs that are not house trained.

About: My husband and I own a very sweet, playful Great Dane/mastiff and a pure bred English Mastiff. We have experience with all kinds of dogs and other animals. We have a large finished upstairs where our dog loves to run and play. We have a large backyard that is fully fenced/gated. We walk daily (in nice weather). We have fun toys to play with and a whole room for your dog to sleep in (instead of a cage) but if your dog prefers a cage we have a huge one he can sleep in (or you can bring your own). I stay home so your pet will have plenty of company! We have three young girls who absolutely love playing with dogs. They are gentle and dogs always love them.
About: I have been taking care of animals since I was 12. When I got into the job field it all had to do with animals. I gained experience with Administering medicine and creams. I also gain experience in CPR for cats, dogs, and birds. I used to work for a boarding agency so the daily animal necessities will all be met. I currently have a 6 month puppy his name is dudah he is a doodle mix. He is always with me. He is a bundle of energy and fluff. He works well with other animals his favorite are turtles. Your pup will be outside every two hours for a 30 minute walk. If they have a specific schedule let me know and I will work with it the best I can. I offer multiple other offers just ask! I currently go to school at CSU as a pre-vet. That used to take up most of my time but since summer is starting I have a bunch of free time. I do plan on working but only for two days a week. So I am always free to take care of a pup needed. Your pet will be taken care of just as you take care of them. Let me know how and specific routines you may give your pet and I will follow. If not I'll treat them as if my own they will go out every two hours and be fed three times a day. I also like taking my pup out for pup cups on Fridays so if your dog is not allowed please let me know. Your dog will not be fed dry dog food by default.I like to give fresh food to dog made for dogs. If this is not a preference please let me know I do have dry dog food for that reason.
“Melo had a wonderful time with Rose and her pups. He was super tired when he came back. He had so much fun running around and being a puppy! Thank you!”

“Sandra was fantastic with our little girl. She always seems to be very happy on pick up. My wife and I had a hectic week that week and had to her to work at different times everyday, but Sandra never questioned drop off or pick up times. Thank you so much, we’ll definitely book again”
