I also had a terrier mix named Alice for 12 years whom I loved very much. I have not had a dog for a few years now and miss getting to play/walk with a four-legged friend and figured this would be a fun way to scratch that itch. I have a sunroom that overlooks acres of woods for your pup to stare/bark at and a big front window to guard and let the mailman know who's boss. I work from home and can hang out with your pup all day in my house. I have a big yard they can play in and can take them for frequent walks. About: My husband and I own a very sweet, playful Great Dane/mastiff and a pure bred English Mastiff. We have experience with all kinds of dogs and other animals. We have a large finished upstairs where our dog loves to run and play. We have a large backyard that is fully fenced/gated. We walk daily (in nice weather). We have fun toys to play with and a whole room for your dog to sleep in (instead of a cage) but if your dog prefers a cage we have a huge one he can sleep in (or you can bring your own). I stay home so your pet will have plenty of company! We have three young girls who absolutely love playing with dogs. They are gentle and dogs always love them.

About: I have grown up with a dog in my house since I was born. I have taken care of neighbors and friends dogs while they have went on vacation or just out of town for work. Since moving away for college and now graduate school, I am looking for my dog fix since I cannot own one myself With the summer starting and vacations coming up I will do my best to be available for your dogs. I do have other responsibilities such as school and work but I am always 100% with my clients if I will be a good fit for the stay/drop or not. If you are looking to book with me but see my availability is different then what you’re looking for, please still send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate to make it work! Since I am not able to host dogs at my current place of residence, this will allow the dog to feel more comfortable with a stranger coming to take care of them while the owners are away for however long. About: I say the above because for many years, my long time dog buddy, Shelby (pictured in the photo I'm holding), loved to ride in my car, right by my side. Shelby passed away in 2018 and I miss her so much, every day. In 2019, I rescued a blue heeler/beagle mix, Nova; then in 2024, a shepherd mix, Holly. Dogs have been my companions for more than 40 years, and I have loved caring for, walking, playing, vacationing and just plain hanging with them. . I truly love dogs. They are one of humankind's most noble and steadfast animal friends. I would very much enjoy taking your best friend (or friends) for a walk. I have always enjoyed the company of my canines...and I'm sure I'd feel the same way about your four-legged pals. Plus, getting out with them is great exercise...for both dog and human! I am semi retired, so I have much flexibility in the hours that can be devoted to dog walking. I walk my own dogs in all kinds of weather, which is necessary given the variable climate here in NE Ohio! In my own home, my dogs get out for walks at least three times a day, we well as potty breaks where necessary. They have crates where they can freely go to when they wish to. Most important is that the dogs and I adhere to a stable, regular routine, including feeding and playtimes.

About: I love animals, having a connection with them where they feel safe to show their personality is the best. Giving love and attention to something that can be a friend, a support, and a comedic genius is awesome. Animals in my life have been found in the forest and on the side of the road with a broken tail. Being able to help them has been so fulfilling and such a passion of mine. I have saved at least 6 cats and 3 dogs that were running around outside. I have also taken in a pregnant cat that had 7 kittens in my bathroom. All the animals I have taken in were able to find great homes or be reunited with their owner. It’s such an amazing experience to be that person that steps in and helps. I am a mom to one child and we love animals, going on walks are our favorite and would love to take your furry friend along with us. I have access to a yard that is fenced in on 3 sides and have a long leash. Close by to an entrance to the metro parks and will take frequent walks. There will be a high energy child running around to provide lots of play with your pup!

I believe every pet is unique, so I take the time to learn their personality, preferences, and routine to make their experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I'll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind knowing your furry family member is happy and well cared for. I look forward to meeting you and your pet! I am currently a nanny part time for the summer before I start my a new job in the fall. This allows me to have an open schedule while also being flexible for last minute walks or sits! I prefer to care for pets in their own home! I love being apart and learning their daily routine and making their day even better when I’m there. Whether that’s going on a long walk or giving them a few extra treats!!
About: I have taken care of dogs since I was little. My family had both dogs and cats. I love all animals and I can not wait to meet your little fur babies! Your pet(s) will be treated, loved, and cared for as if they are my own pet. I want to provide an experience for your pet(s) that is so much more than kennels or boarding. You can rest assured I will provide a deluxe pet sitting experience making them feel like you never left. I am working from home so I have open flexibility! Can do same days jobs if needed. Will work around my schedule to help you with yours! I have a fenced in back yard so your pets will have lots of room to run around! I do have a cat but he stays in my room for the most part.

She took my dog for walks every day, even though she barks at every cat or dog she sees when she’s on walks She sent me videos and updates without me having to even ask. I’ve never had a dog sitter before so I was kind of nervous about texting everyday because I didn’t want to be annoying, she willingly sent me updates and even offered to allow me to come visit when I miss her.
