About: Hi! I’m Keira, a 21 year old lifelong dog lover from Chattanooga (Soddy-Daisy/Lakesite area) who’s completely obsessed with giving dogs the best care possible! I only take one house-sitting booking at a time so I can give your home and your pets my complete love and attention. Your fur babies will be my whole world while you’re away — I’ll make sure they feel safe, cared for, and very loved every single day! I had the privilege of caring for my soul dog Charley (a mini schnauzer) for almost 10 years. During that time I learned so much about loving and caring for dogs — including giving daily subcutaneous fluids when he needed them. Because of him, I’m especially gentle and patient with senior dogs, but I also adore puppies and their endless energy! I’m very loving, attentive, and flexible with scheduling. Whether you need daily walks, drop-ins, or overnight stays, I treat every dog like they’re my own. Your fur baby will get lots of cuddles, playtime, and genuine affection while you’re away. I’d be honored to care for your dog (or cat! I’m very good with cats although I do have fewer years of experience with them!) I can’t offer care from my home, I live with too many people and would hate to stress out your pet, but I can come and stay in your home, whether it be overnight or drop-ins. I’m very good about feeding on time, watching the water bowl, giving frequent potty breaks, and taking a few walks throughout the day. I will also adhere to any special requests you may have for your pup!

About: I’ve had my dog, Teddy, since I was about 7, and he’s a big bundle of fur. I’ve taken care of various cats/dogs for friends, neighbors, and family throughout the years. If your dog requires extra exercise, I am a college athlete who is happy to go on runs with them, as well as taking them to parks, etc. for extra playtime. If you have any specific requests, feel free to ask! During the summer, I’m free most of the time and have a very flexible schedule. I often have practice in the evenings, but other than that, I’m mostly free I’m happy to chill all day with you pets or exercise them multiple times a day depending on what they need. I have a dog and a cat myself (I live with my parents so taking care of them at the same time isn’t a concern), and know how to give animals LOTS of attention :)

He is very smart and easy to talk to, and picked up on all of our routines and instructions very easily. When it came time for the trip, Huntter was incredibly punctual and communicative. He sent pics, took amazing care of our cats, and also some various other things our house needed while we were gone for a week. About: Since I was in elementary school, my family has had Great Danes. I believe that big dogs in particular are a testament to how much we are capable of loving our pets. Like most pets, they will fill something in your life that you didn’t know was missing, but they will also cost you blood, sweat and tears- and sometimes this is multiplied according to their size. Giant breeds have much shorter life spans, as some of us know, and this seems to only heighten the pet parent experience. Unfortunately, in 2021, our family had one of our Danes fall ill and pass away while being boarded at a local facility. She was only two years old and we were completely devastated. Since then, I’ve come to realize how incredibly important it is to leave your pets under the care of someone who will be entirely present with them, tend to all of their needs, and communicate as much as possible. I can ensure that I will be that person if you choose me to be your sitter. I have been pet-sitting on and off since 2019 but dedicated three years entirely to the profession after 2022. During those three years I gained experience with dog breeds ranging from every size and age- and even a few cats and kittens. Most recently, I have had a full time job and could not continue to pet-sit, but now I have time to return to it and am looking forward to bringing on new clients. In my profile you can find photos of my own dog- Columba. Him and his litter were brought to a shelter soon after they were born and I had the opportunity to care for them until they were old enough to be adopted out. Obviously I had to keep one :) At the same time, my family brought Indigo home. Since then she has had a litter of puppies of her own and that’s how we ended up with Lula, her daughter. They are mess. Lol. P.S. I am an artists and I’m here if you need a pet portrait too! At the moment my schedule is very open! Just reach out to me with some dates and I will let you know if they do or don't work for me :) I'll do whatever you or your pet requests! I'm very used to needy dogs as my Great Danes will bark or hit me with their giant paws if they are not getting enough attention. They also sometimes refuse to drink out of a bowl and will whine at the kitchen sink until it is turned on for them to drink from. At my home, we have an electric fence, but I tend to go outside with them. I also have lots of experience with walking dogs after living in Chicago, as well.

I love animals and have a very open schedule, so I am looking to spend my time doing something i love- caring for animals!
